Hello, I am Max, 23 years old and I am a full time Masters student in Austria.
Class/Spec:
I play BM for the most part. I started because it has an easier rotation compared to other classes when I had to raid lead for our guild. I since then started to like it and optimized my gameplay as much as I could. I also play survival and marksmanship, while I use them mainly for mythic plus, I have used them in raids when necessary too. I can play all three specs at a high level.
Currently have legendaries for AoE on both Survival and Marksmanship, but can craft ST if needed. For all three specs I have great gear.
As a BM hunter, especially as kyrian, cooldown timings are a must. With Bestial Wrath having around a 30 second CD, Resonating Arrow 1 min CD and Aspect of the Wild 2 minutes, each increasing your crit and crit damage also thanks to the Rylastalker legendary, efficient uses of them will result in best possible damage.
As for stats, Agi>Crit>Haste~>Mastery~=Vers. BM Hunter loves stats, Crit is really nice both for increased damage and barbed shot resets, together with outside of Resonating Arrows Bestial Wraths. Haste is slightley better then the other 2 stats as fitting more abilities inside your major cooldowns with increased focus regen is huge. Mastery and Vers come together similarly but do not fall much behind the other stats. Increased pet damage from Mastery increases the Critical Damage given by the legendary within cooldowns by a big factor. Vers does it very similarly but with decreased capactiy as more points of vers are needed for a bigger increase, but with the added benefit of more damage from sources other than your pet like cobra shot, barbed shot, kill shot and auto shots.
Alts:
While my intention is to play DPS, I still can tank with great perfomances. Every patch I played so far I had a tank as either alt or main.
Guardian Druid (3/10M, 2.1k RIO, 243 ilvl + Blood Set, https://raider.io/characters/eu/kazzak/Somedruid) Played at the start of patch 9.1 but then swapped to Hunter for raid leading.
Protection Paladin (9/10M Castle Nathria, 2.1k RIO, 225 ilvl, https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/kazzak/pizzaiolo#zone=26) Played during 9.0 as our guild's main tank)
Professions:
All my characters are engineering for M+ and Alchemist for longer flask duration. No cool or special recipies as I started playing the game quite late and never had the chance to do much past content.
Raiding Experience:
- Ny'alotha 12/12M, started playing the game as patch 8.3 dropped as Outlaw Rogue and Prot Warrior.
- Castle Nathria 9/10M, played as Prot Paladin, we cleared the content well, but had roster issues by the end as people started getting bored with the game. We were progressing Part 3 Sire.
- Sanctum of Domination 5/10, currently I have experience in Painsmith with 120+ pulls. Unfortunatly after merging with another guild, we still lost too many people as they were losing interest.
Previous Guilds:
Rip Key, started with this guild in 8.3, we cleared together Ny'alotha, Castle Nathria and the first few bosses of Sanctum of Domination, but too many people left the guild to keep going so we merged with Bamboo Thieves.
Bamboo Thieves, while we only progressed 2 bosses getting to 5/10M, painsmith progression was going really well. But with some officers leaving and many people getting demotivated by the constant roster issues, the guild stopped raiding altogether.
It was never my intention to leave any of the guilds but these constant guild changes have taken a toll and joining a guild that would circumvent these issues would be amazing.
Availability:
I am avaialable all evenings after 18:00 Server Time during the week and weekends all day. While Exams are a thing, it won't affect raiding times and availability.
Communication:
I am proficient in English, I have studied in English for the majority of my life and have no problems communicating. I have a microphone, I can speak when needed and listen.
Computer / Connection:
Good computer, one of the perks of studying computer science :D . Nvidia 2080 Super, Ryzen 7 3700x, 32GB Ram. Have no issues while playing wow. My internet is stable, never had trouble with connections to Kazzak.
Addons/UI:

Addons: I use the main raiding addons (Bigwigs/Littlewigs, ERT, Weakauras); Aesthetic (Elvui); Nameplates (Plater); M+ (MDT, Astral Keys); Damage Meter (Details); Raidbots (Simulationcraft).
Relevant Keybindings:
- Mouseover Focus Macro (Shift + S) and Interact with Mouseover (Shift + W). Used this through my raiding experience for quick gateway usage, while it will become obsolete with the new item in 9.1.5, I currently still use it.
- Extra Action Button (Shift + Space). Always useful to bind it.
I keybound most if not all of my spells as I try to keep mouse movements to just target swapping (Tab targeting sucks in this game especially when priority damage is needed). Moving the mouse around tends to distract me from the overall picture so I keep it to a minumum.

Your community seems great, especially while browsing your website. I especially love the effort that has been put into making this guild the way it is, from the website to your guild pages, clearly shows that the interest you guys have towards a wonderful guild.
What can I offer Iron Edge?
I try to push myself and be a great raider, both inside and outside the game. I have experience in some classes at a high level. I can guarantee no drama and can take feedback. I raid lead my past guild for a long time and worked with both outside decision making through CD usages and tactics, as well as on the spot in game decision making for any plan variations.
I love running M+, I have over 650 runs in 8.3, over 350 runs in 9.0 and am currently standing on 250 runs in 9.1. Managed to achieve some decent scores in those seasons. I can offer participation and willingness towards M+.
I have never played PvP (Only to get Azertie powers in 8.3), but hearing how BM hunters are doing atm, I would love to learn and possibly help Iron Edge too.
