Its actually fun for singletargets, but have an alt that I play for multitargets in raid. I play for progress, and that itself make it fun.
Alts:

Professions:
I have enchanting, alchemy, skinning, herb, leatherworking and jewelcrafting, because I need to max out my raiding potential.
Mythic+ Experience:
For sure, I have been rank 10 Rogue durning MoP 25m heroic garrosh on frostmane. Funny times. Otherwise I have nothing to "brag" about, just simple RPGing durning other expansions :)
Previous Guilds:
I am about to leave them because I dont think the raidleader is giving the fully potential of the raid group. For instance he ragequit durning Anduin at 22:30 when we have raid time untill 23.00 from my opinion that doesnt give you a responsibility for your position, and the raidmembers will not take raiding seriously either.
Availability:
For sure, I play every night, when my daughter is going to sleep.
Communication:
I have all the setup you need for discord, will even do some latenight video for funz :P
System / Connection:
I have no problem, I never have disconnect durning the time I have been playing wow, I value good connection and good computer to put the full potential into the game, because the game is not about my time, its all other peoples time that I play with.

Why Iron Edge?
The raiding time suits me better due to I have a daughter to take care of durning the night.

I saw the progress the guild made durning the past weeks, and i was thinking this might be something for me, but mostly the time I got the headsup.

Nice app,
I would just like to check with what kind of raiding you're looking for. You've applied for the ToT raid in which we only raid normal and heroic with the goal of getting curve. We are currently progressing normal Jailor. I can see that you have been progressing heroic, what are your raiding plans?
We have three separate raiding teams in the guild that all have different goals and progression.
