Me:

Hello, im Jóhan Thomsen from The Faroe Islands whom are situated north of Scotland between Iceland and Scotland ( well døøøh obviously  :o ) Im 31 years of age and im currently studying Foreign marketing and economics at the business university here on the islands, and besides that i work as an sales consultant in my spare time here in my town ( village to you ppl that live in the big cities  :( )

My Character:

http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Dunemaul&n=Galtez

I have been playing this character since 18/05-2005 and it is basically my only character.

I started out here on Dunemaul back in the early days when the land was new and the grass was green and smelled clean and it had not been trampled down by countless players in their quest for glory in the old world of Azeroth.

We were basically a small bunch of friends playing togeather, me, Zmash, Thormodur and Poisonevy running around playing togeather and having heaps of fun.

Then later that year i entered the raiding stage and started raiding with The Monstrous Regiment, but that was not long before  i got drafted into Cold Blooded and spent some time there clearing all the content up to the release of aq40.

Then one night i decided that i wanted something more and i strolled along to Magtheridon and joined up with guys there that gave me a shot at aq40 there and naxxramas back when 40 man raid content was really cool and awesome and ZOMG !!

well i played on Magtheridon and played through the content of aq40 and Naxxramas and then the release of The Burning Crusade came..  I felt burnt out and had plans to step down from raiding, it was hard to find time to raid so intensive as we did and focus studies also, so i moved my character from pvp servers to an pve server in hope of that helping me to step down my gaming addiction.

It all went fine for the first 3-4 days, but then i got the option to join up in a new raiding guild and gaaah ... matter over mind, i could not resist and found myself again in the raiding content, we again played through the content of The Burning Crusade and just recently i found myself in the release of a new content patch, Wrath of the Lich king .... and the option to move from pve servers back to pvp had just recently been opend.

So im thinking, should i not try to step down again, and move my character back to my birth server where it belongs, and so i did ...   Im now back on Dunemaul after a long journey away from here and i want to team up with the old players of Dunemaul who are teamed up at Iron Edge.

Why do i want to join Iron Edge:

Its because i want to join up with old dunemaul players and have some raiding fun with them when the oldies raid, i miss that aspect of raiding, where you log on and know you will have some raiding fun, and not the way where you have to log on for raids and feel pushed for raiding,  thats why i wanna join you guys and find the fun again in logging on and enjoying the game again.

My sponsor
My irl sponsor within the guild is Decauys, we both live in the same town and know each other irl, besides from him im hoping Delling, Pálmar, Mistoba and some other old time raiders can give a good word for me.

Wave and love and all the best

It only took 2 years, but he finally applied.

I personally levelled with Zmash (although I don't think he remembers me...), and Zatz and I go back to those lovely summer months of 2005, sitting on the rock in Orgrimmar...

He gets my vote, as long as he agrees to sit on the lower rock.
Now I run a tech website.

I actually do remember you from back in the days, Delling. Just didnt have a clue we did any levelling together :P ... sadly, Zmash got retired when they gave us paladins on horde side.

Gonna miss having you around on our raids, Galtez :(

Zats Omg HAAI!
Insanity doesn't run in my family. Rather, it strolls through, taking its time, getting to know everyone personally.
