Doesn't matter how clear you make it, or what the reason is, you can't expect to be a full raider if you attend half a raid a week. Don't confuse that with me not caring about your health though, you know I do. As i said, it wasn't personal.

The 40% are not quite fair since velvets statistics started before she officially started raiding with us. But nevertheless 75% is our target minimum to have a stable team and velvet having health issues is just unfortunate. It just means that we need a bigger roster.
