Personal Info:

Hello, My name is Joacim, I'm 20 years of age lives and sweden and has no job for the time being. I've just graduated from school where i've studied to become an flight technisian, Hence my low raiding XP from the laters and the raids before ToT.

Spec:

My main spec is ofc protection, as I find prot the most joyful to play. and my offspec is a sad armsspec with less than decent gear on it.

I choose to play prot back in Wotlk when the character was made and I did become a very popular tank at my realm (Was Azjol-Nerub Alliance) for my aggro building. (Not as good now as it was back then with them changes etc, still good imo!) and my arms spec is just for dailys/Soloing stuffs/PvP

Class:

Stamina > Mastery > Melee Hit > Expertise > Parry > Dodge > Haste.

prot warr has now been more or less proc related. Its had to have a "Proper" rotation with theese shielslam and revenge procs. But I keep everything on CD, if the procs suddently hits, next GCD its on CD again until next one and so on. Obviously useing shieldblock and SL as often as possible. Along with the other CD*s to use in diff situations.

Alts:

This is the only chacater i've got on Kazzak, got 9 other level 85-90 chacaters on either Azjol-nerub, Frostmane and Turalyon.

Professions:

BS/Mining - BS for the free gemslots and plate crafting gear, mining for supplying my needs for my BS, also for the free stamina mining provides.

Raid Experience:

I've got some raiding XP. TBC, Kara, gruul,maggy,TK,SSC, Some hyjal, no bt, no SWP,
Wotlk, Evetyhing.
Cata, Bot, BWD, some FL, then in DS, everything HC, cept Spine...
MoP, MSV (First boss HC) ToEs (First boss Elite), HoF Clear. (MoP and Cata are made on diff character. Charleey - Azjol-nerub if you wanna look at it.)

Previous Guilds:

Azjol-nerub, Guild went down to 10man from 25, (When I had my break to finish school) it took hard on me so I migrated here as my friends was going to start playing here.

Availability:

As im currently with no job, I'm most likley to be available everyday, Tho I'm in a relationship and I do tend to spend some time with her (Its not too often, lol)

Communication:

I've got absolutley no problem with english, speaking nor writing.

Computer / Connection:

No problem with either my connection or my computer.

Got a whole UI change for the sake of it. Keybinds are alot

Shift-1 to 5
Mouse buttons.
shift mouse buttons.
And more as you can see, all being used.

Other Games:

Why Iron Edge?

I saw the message in trade and just had a gamble, i've been looking for a guild and I had a chat with one of your member or officers (Dont know!) and it seemed like a nice place to tag along with.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

Exellent tanking, just let the cow take the punch (With some heals pls) and it will be fine, On a serious note i'm a relaxed guy who can take a shoutout if I do something wrong as I most likley will as my tanking XP in ToT is pretty terrible. I do always bring my A-game into raids and other think I do, 100% into raids, HC's, scnearios. Only thing I slack on is dailys and pvp.

Talked with this guy earlier and he seems like a nice guy. Progess for the current raid is indeed, bad. And the gear could be better. But imo progress is not all and as I understood he know what he is doing and that's great.

As we already have a prot warrior maybe this isn't something we're looking for but as I got from him he was alright with being on standby every now and then. Anyway, I think we should give him a go.

Hmmm i kinda like your UI tho i'd change few stuff to my casual preferance. Is that some kind of pack or just something you came up with, if so pls list those appearance changing addons.

Hello, its an Addon pack from curse's homepage, I dont have the patience to create my own UI, haha!

Nice application btw and you seem liek a nice chap!

I'll start off saying we already have 2 prot tanks, a druid tank and a monk tank. But as safire said - having you around could be good - shame your not a DK or a paladin

I few things i've noticed along the road in Mist's as a protwarrior - and thats keeping a reliable rage income in paramount. As such a priority of Sta-hit-exp-mastery is more preferable.

This also feeds into some of your talent choices - warriors don't have enough cooldowns are it is and increasing SW to 2mins i believe is a mistake - swap that out for unending rage - this way you have more room to stock pile rage for a bigger SB or just back up rage other defensive ability's.

Also due to our 2part bonus Impending victory is a much better choice over secondwind. Equally Shockwave is one of the best aoe threat tools and defensive tools in your arsonal. Fair enough if your swapping in dragonsroar for bosses - but any boss with adds, Shockwave everyday.

Last thing - go pick yourself up the ShadowPan rep trinket (sta + onuse mastery) - its much better then Niuzao.

Hey man, nice reply! I will certainly look into this, Impending vicotry I knew, secondwind was just a talent so I could solo them silly dinos up the island and doing some rares, Just for my ownsake that is, Also for the trinkets, its on the way!
I was abit unsure about Dragonsroar and shockwave, I've found that dragonsroar is a really niceway of getting hold of AOE adds, along with thunderclap and clear, If crisis, Drop a banner down or a AoE taunt, I will defo look into your advise about this talent tho sir!
