payment method blocked

ive been paying for this game for 3,5 years using a credit card (visa). i  changed bank a month ago and now my game time has expired. since no funds are left on my old card, my wow account was frozen.

i logged on to the account management page and tried to setup a subscription. turns out i cant pay by credit card because "payment method has been blocked". they wont even let me put in my card information. if they botherd, they would see the awesome amount of money ive got on my legit card. i actually tried to change credit card information before game time expired but i got the same message back then. since i still had game time at that date i didnt care and hoped it would sort out by the time i ran out. it didnt.

i emailed billing support but after browsing The Internet it seems like i will have to wait a long time for a respond that probably wont help.

so blizzard wont let me pay for their service. anyone know why?

if i wasnt such a crappy customer i would not buy a game card tomorrow. im upset! but i also plan to do some arena tomorrow night :|

Phone them up, they can unblock it very quickly.

Normally occurs if you've tried a card that was used on another account... at least that's what happened when I paid for Aleandro's account on my card. They locked out further CC payments.

I'm prety sure they will fix it after you phonecall them as Dell sad , just explane them you had changed your bank so you are changing your credit card aswell . I've heard that after you use 2-3 diferent credit cards blizzard even block your charactars payment transfer option for security reasons .

i still dont know why they blocked it but it doesnt really matter.
