Talent specialization and glyphs

Im specced the new way. the fire nova way, and some ppl dont specc it since they think they will los to much mana, but u dont. i do alot more aoe dmg now, and also while totems are near boss. then ive got a new rotation to add firenova on target. mostly use it when i have to move from current position, for example on Rotface, When i have to run away from stuff EVERYWERE and for example when boss turns around. then im usin firenova. in glyphs ive got Ligtningbolt glyph. its standard, but im also using plame shock glyph. "the periodic dmg dealt by your FS can now be Crit" .. and thats good cuz of my Tier bonus. It will also be good now till tier 10 is comin. since blizz are changing the tier 10 4 tier bonus to Lava Burst casts now increase the duration of Flame Shock on the target by 6 seconds. And also lava glyph " deals another 10 % of sp " and a minor glyph that ive got that makes a big change is thunderstorm glyph. with that glyph u remove the pushback from it. and that makes people pissed off if i use it in raids. so with the glyph i  gain 2 % more mana then normal. and i can now use it in aoe rotation without messing everything up

Why did i choose the spec, that you're currently wielding, for raiding?:
 
Cuz its the best one for both aoe and singeltarget. and i have no problems with Mana. only changes on it is puttin 3/5 in convection insted of 5/5 and put those 2 in improved fore nova.

Profession 1:
 JC! Got 450 in it. and Gemmed 3x39 sp gems! and its a great way to make money. And would like to add how i specced since i feel like its very inportant. ive gemed SP, sp+haste gems.
Sons of hodir shoulder enchant, kirin for on my Face! . And 50sp+20 Stam on legs,
and not 50sp+20 spirit since spirit wont do me any good.
and The stamina will help me survive longer in raids.
also my head Meta gem is 21 crit+ 3% crit dmg = needs 2 Blue gems.
These gems are 12sp+15 stam.
Also got 3 total blue socket slots. and i did put them in chest+ legs cuz they both give me +7sp for socket bonus. And my last item with blue socket slot is my shoulders.
but they only give me +5 sp so i gemed them with +23 sp for best possible results.
i feel this is inportant to add since its a inportant stage to show of what im really doing with my gear and to prove im not slackin or beeing nubish.

Profession 2:
450 Engineering. For my Engineering im using "hyperspeed accelerations" (340 Haste 12 sec 1 minute CD) fits well to my Rotations.
Nitro boosts: Give me 100 % speed. makes it easy for me to kite if needed,
Keeps me alive if things go bad. this also gives me 24 crit.

Cooking:

History
Started first in vanilla. but back then i didnt get the love for warcraft. And stopped. Started then again when Tbc came. and it was Loads of fun! . raided alot and then i started havin problems with playin later on accounts and time . so i sold it.cuz i moved to denmark. but i moved back a short while after and remade a account. played a paladin up to 80. then made a mage, and there after a shaman. and that shaman is the one im applying with, and shes the one i fell inlove with  With her im in bladefist server. and on that server theres not many guild that are so good... and none of them are recruiting for elemental shaman. so now im looking my way our from the server.  and looking forward to meet new fun people! and ive raided about everything so far. but not Togc 25 hc! why ? cuz i didnt have the guild for it  so icc 10 6/7 boss.. downed last boss (7/7) to 6 % .. but then epic fail and healers d/c so gona have a new try soon again. with 25 man its 4/7 still.. and thats cuz current guild have no good healers healers. got down rotface to 1 % like 6 times and thats a bit irritating wouldent u say XD so we have to take random healers with and they just epic fail on rotface :S so... atm im having problems with progressing. and im trying my very best on hardcore raiding. atm i dont fit in my current guild. feels like im in a way to bad guild. I had a good guild at first named focus. but it crashed Right when icc came out. so all officers+GL had to leave to another guild named "from the ashed II" .. the one im currently with. thats why i dont feel like i belong there. and now i just want to meet new ppl and to try to join you guys, to become a hardcore raider again. So thats why im applying to A raider. and the reason im also trying to get to your guild is cuz your server is a pvp Medium populated server. im in a low populated server and its a bit hard makin pug raids if i feel like makin one. and im expectin to make friends and help you guys progress with great teamwork and to the most important part to have fun!

Raiding experience
vanilla raids = not cleared. didnt play much back then
Tbc : raided everything. but on my old account.
Wotlk Everything.
 
os 10/25 cleared .. with 3 drakes up
deadmines. not cleared. we all freakin wiped on first boss so hard
Ulduar. when it came out i took a short break cuz of family and had some problems in personal life  solved now tho. but have dot it in after hand i have done all bosses. but on different chars.
toc 10 / 25 cleared
togc 10 / 25 .. never had guild for 25 man.. took down first boss in 25. 10 man one shot every boss down till anub. then heal's failed then never botherd.

16:00-03:00

What days can you raid on?:
All A raider times.

Will i be on the raid location on time?:
ye. 30 minutes before the raid im allways loggin in and prepearin.

Will i be going afk to eat dinner, for example, during the raid?:
nopez. that would be stupid.

i must say that i have very good eye for my class. dont know what els to add. if u dont seem to agree. then ile just remind u that gear dont prove skillz / knowledge

Seems like a good guild. also ive been trying to .. like i said.. to find a better guild. and u guys are  and ide love to get to know u guys. and raid and progress new bosses. so why should u guys pic me? cuz im a trustworhy guy, and im good at my stuff. And u guys can expect me to be on raid time and givin u guys all ive got.

ide like to add what i love about wow. i love to teamwork and progress new raids and to have fun. Im not very much in to pvp, only PvE. And when new raids comes out .. then i want to be the first with the guild to clear it first before other guilds. And that's what i thinks is so fun about Pve.

Finally, why should we choose you over any other player of your class?
cuz im hardcore raider and im a trustworthy serious player. and im not the one giving up on wipes. And i want to be the first with the guild to clear new raids!

Looks nice, really, "A-raid doesnt need you".. :> B-raid looking for someone like you ! ^^ gief good Ele-shamy, this looks like something that actually knows how to do more than pro-tank dps (point me xD).. only thing that seems strange to me is your bracer, wouldn't the bejeweled bracers be a better choice? (i havn't checked much on elemental gear since i havnt played it hardcore since Burning Crusade)..

Hey and welcome,

A-Raid already has very strong resto+ ele shamans, leaving the only space as far I'm aware for perhaps an exceptional enhancement shaman (though the melee is already pretty full.)

Your app is good but you will have to wait for Sparrowhawk (Shaman class leader) or Delling to reply for further clarification.

Your gear is pretty strong but why that 232 trinket? It's badly itemised for most dps casters.

-Also are you applying to any other guilds at the same time? And why Iron Edge? The template is very cookie cutter and your app could obviously apply to a larger number of different guilds.

I think we have space for a shaman, it's just a matter of WHO rather than WHAT spec. I don't want an enhancement at the mo (unless we drop down to two DKs, which I think is unlikely...)

If we recruit an elemental it would be so that Sparrow could go Resto -- but I don't think he wants to?

yea hi, my guild focus. .. our guild leader got drunk someday and just deleted the guild. then remade it. but after that nothin became the same. and officers had to go over to a less good guild. and ever since i have tryed to get in to a new guild. so yea,  i did make alot applications. and i did get declined. mostly cuz of full on shamans. cheos order is a very old guild of mine. plesesant gaming is a friends guild on my server. ive tryed applyin to all beter guild on my server but they all are full.
if i keep gettin declined. then i have to make a new one. thats why "so many" it's just that im stuck on my server. and soon if im keep gettin declined then ile just transfer to another server and hope for the best on puggs. and i hate that. So atm i have no other applications up for any other then just this one.  cuz i really hoping to get accepted. if i get declined here .. and try to make apply for another. then they might say the same as u did.. why so many. mostly they just said" our shaman just came back. we didnt thought he would do but he did" or .. " our resto shammy went elemental sry, gl fidnin new guild". "oh sry full on shamans atm" . only been like that.

and my 232 trinket. yes.. i know.. i hate it just as much as u do tryed to get the trink from anub, only seen it drop once and never got it. still tryin to get my hands on it tho

Why do I see every shaman using those horrible legs? WHY?!?!?!?!? They are _horrible_, like your trinket. You could farm better one even from 5man heroics, even a normal 5man has better.

^Drops from 5man normal Trial of the crusader. And has 325DPS.

^Drops from Halls of stone heroic. It is blue and better than your trinket, also very easy to get. Has about 243DPS.

Or you could try to get Illustration of dragon soul which is STILL one of the best trinkets for ele shamans.

Did you know that frost shock does more damage per cast than fire nova? You prolly didn't as you do not seem to have bind for it. Also glyph of totem of wrath has higher DPS value than glyph of lava.

You stated before that ele shamans dont have mana problems, which is true. But why would you spec 3/5 convection instead of elemental warding then? You say your healers sucked in your previous guild, that would prolly ease their pain a little And it is a very good talent for multiple fights.

Mek ussualy write something and do a other   did it when he was resto and wrote restoration guides. He is good, but more marketing in his than helpful information.

I am not sparrow, but [Abyssal Rune] is 131.11111sp it is higher than 111. I am i little bit confused about the calculation of this crit proc but it seem not so good as 84 haste. I think [Abyssal Rune] is better than that for a elem shaman.

Even Forge ember is better for ele shamans, but JUST BARELY, by about 20DPS. So yes, abyssal rune is better.
