Hello,
 My name is Mantas I was born in Lithuania I am 20 years old.
I've bin living in Ireland for 7 years now. I go to College/university in Ireland


Spec:

atm I am playing as Holy/shadow priest. Holy(ilvl 479) being as main and shadow(ilvl 472 with half of holys gear) as offspec, keeping shadow as offspec for daily quests and such. if guild needs I could Change my off spec to Disc(tho I would need advice from other disc priest how to heal effectively, i never liked disc so I just stayed away from it ^^.

Class:

Spirit > Intellect > Haste (3k)(with higher gear I will go for 4.7k haste) > Mastery > Crit.

Single target rotation as holy

starting of with Pom and renew before pull,
then spamming heal just to heal low dmg and keep renew up with Holy Word: Serenity ,
If my main target will take high dmg quickly i would pop my Pi and spam Greater heal, if I and my target would need heals I would switch to binding Heal. if players health is very low and it's close to death I would use flash heal just to keep him up.

AoE rotation as Holy

Using Pom before pull, spamming Coh on cd, using Holy word sanctuary if players are stacked and taking high dmg, I do pop it up on melee from time to time. otherwise would spam Prayer of healing to heal through high raid dmg.

Professions:

Alchemy and tailoring, Got alchemy for flask's and int bonus from them plus cheap to make potions tailoring for leg enchant and cloak so far tailoring is one of the better professions for casters.

the time i joined liquid they were focusing on Toes so not much of raiding was done on lower ilvl raids

Previous Guilds:

The last guild I was as a raider is Liquid from Stormrage (EU) Alliance side. I played there as an Affliction Warlock.  I feel like having a change from dps to healer would be interesting. The last time I was a healer was in Woltk in ICC Patch pwnd healing as a holy paladin

Availability:

now I am on 4 months of holidays If something would come up i would inform a week or so in advance

Communication:

I can speak, listen and I do have team speak. My English is not the best but not the worst eater. I would rate my spoke English 7/10.

Computer / Connection:

I got stable connection from my internet hate disconnecting, pc is powerful enough to do raids in 25 man groups usually i raid with 20-30 fps

Addons/UI:

I use elv ui for my interface, clique for healing, auracle to keep track of my Cd's, and then skada just to see how far behind i am ^^ and last but not least Deadly boss mods ;p

Other Games:

I love racing/ drifting games, waiting for Grid 2 to come out. tho most of my time i spend on wow

Why Iron Edge?

I just got back to raiding after 6-8 months of not raiding at all due to college and now when I got more free time I am looking for casual 2 day raiding guild, So far Iron Edge is the best one, i love 25 man raiding and u guys raid 2 days a week which is a big plus for me

What can I offer Iron Edge?

I can offer a friendly and helpful environment. I try to be as much help as i can. I don't mind giving a hand in old content if anyone needs my help.

Hi there, I think your application is very nice written. And your play style is just fine.

But like you said you've only gone for first haste cap, and it's a bit above the cap so you can probably reforge some more mastery.

Looking at your gear I see you're missing some enchants etc, you should probably sort that out (I do understand since your gear is so bad you might not want to waste the gold, but if you're going to raid you'll have to make the best out of it)
About your glyphs, you have Glyph of Lightwell (which is good), but not Glyph of Lightspring. Why is that? It's like the best glyph for a holy priest, you should really replace Glyph of Spirit of Redemption with lightspring

Other than that, everything looks fine to me

Yeah you are quite undergeared. I can see you havent cleared the last three wings of lfr even though you have the gearlevel to do it.
This will also help you a little in terms of tactics, although normal tactics are usually more complicated.

I havent enchanted few of my gear peaces because I was hoping for some luck in Lfr this weekend and replacing them with better ones, i am saving up on wrists from shado pan asault(missing 200 vp) and then will put proper enchant on them.

I clearly understand what you saying i know that my gear is tad to low but gear isnt all No ? And second i do not want to offend you at all by saying I did state in my app that I was off raiding for at least 4 months ;p so not much of LFr was done during that time

I 100% agree with you, and i knew before applying that I wont be in progress runs before i get the gear for it

Unfortunately we have three healing priests on the roster already, and it would take a pretty long time to get you on the gearlevel that they are.

Good luck finding a raiding guild that needs priests. Obviously I can offer you a social spot on Iron Edge, but if you really want to raid twice a week, I don't think that's what you're looking for.
