Wouldn't you say it's nice to have 2 talent options rewarding 70% speed increase or a baseline spell which gives you 70% increase on use. Sure would make stuff easier, wouldn't it? Or maybe a roll? Or a blink? Or a disengage? Or a leap?

The DK community has been asking for ages for Blizzard to have a look at our mobility. Reason we have waaaaay less mobility is because we have grips as a gap-closer (Thanks PvP mostly, appreciate it). Sure is nice when you need to run somewhere as fast as possible before people who don't understand how privileged they are complaining.

Accurate comparison between every class and DK movement speed.

only reason i use movementspeed to get to places is to maximize uptime, the lack of mobility wouldnt cause me to react to mechanics any slower.

Well you do have sprint for days, it might be up time for you, but an impossible distance for others. I do believe the distance is manageable for DKs if they position themselves accordingly, but this would likely decrease their DPS performance as a whole with preemptive reactions to events, which might not even affect them.

Also, there is always the factor of actually fucking up and many mobile classes use their mobility as an oh shit button even though they might fail just as often.

I can somewhat relate to DKS being slow and as such venting to some degree. For example shamans have ghost wolf, which honestly sucks donkey balls for the most part, but at least is something. However, you still have to stand closer if you need to cover larger distances and in some cases not use your empowered healing because it is much more mandatory for temporary movement increase. (being a healer I have this freedom).

DKs are not the fastest, but they are not slow. If your reaction time is slow then yes ud love to have a good sprint. The other problem why DKs wont get a sprint mechanic is because they do absurd constant burst in pvp. Fix the burst and then maybe talk about movement speed.

In any case we did say if you are too far away just announce it and run the other side. Or in any case try to get as far as possible towards the red marker and still announce it.
