Hi, I'm Ramon, 32 y/o from the Netherlands. I know there are some kapsalon lovers in your guild so that might help my case for the application. I work in investment banking these days, spending my time wearing a suit and tie, but I'd rather wear a t-shirt and jeans to work...

I've been a WoW player for the past... 20 ish years, having played every expansion, albeit with a break here and there. Now that the guild I was in disbanded I'm looking for a new place.

Class/Spec:

I'm what some people might call a paladin onetrick. I usually end up playing my paladin as my main, which it has been since Wotlk. I'm not sure what it is about the class (and protection specifically), but I always end up playing it, even though I try to change things up every now and then.

Alts:

I've played a plethora of different alts over time, changing depending on the current playstyle, tier sets etc. At the end of every expansion this usually ends up having all classes at max level.

Professions:

In all honesty I haven't done professions in years... although now that you can get T3 through crafting professions I might end up getting a crafting profession for some of these sets.

Raiding/PVP Experience:

These days I don't really raid anymore, besides doing a HC raid here and there. In the past I've raided mythic, but those days are long past. With my work and IRL I don't usually have the time to stick to a regular raid schedule.

Nowadays,  my play time mostly consists of playing m+ mostly, as it suits my play time best

Previous Guilds:

For the past few years I've been in this guild created by some people I played with in late WoD / Legion.  Mostly as a social, not really raiding anymore. This guild has unfortunately disbanded as too many people have quit or found a different guild.

Availability:

I don't have really have set times that I play, mostly because of my work hours and my gf requiring some attention every now and then. My play times generally come down to evenings and weekends.

Communication:

The text above wasn't generated through ChatGPT so I think my English is sufficient to be able to communicate properly. These days I'm mostly here for the social aspect of the game, I don't really pug much or so. I like to talk on Discord while playing.

Computer / Connection:

My latest pc build has been ~1.5 years ago, so I'd say the setup is still decent. Have the fastest connection my internet provider has.

Addons/UI:

I don't think this is neccesary for a social application, but if it is I'm happy to add one. Or  I can just show off my mog


Other Games:

Even after all these years it's mostly WoW, however I like playing RTS games, games like The Witcher, Hogwarts Legacy, and recently I've been playing some Runescape Dragonwilds (even though I never really could find the strenght to grind OSRS much, I enjoy Dragonwilds)

Why Iron Edge?

I'm looking for a social guild, and I've known some people in your guild for years (Pratiarch, Varum, Rune), and they're still around in the guild. Just as seeing some of the posts on the websites makes me think it would be a right fit for me.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

A social player that likes to hang out in Discord and chat, playing with friends and just having some banter. I'm happy to help with stuff whenever I can.

As I saw my guild die down I saw Peter was online and shot him a message, knowing he's been in the guild for a while.
