Hello Iron edgers. My name is Mattias Olsson and i come from a little town called Östersund in northern sweden. Im currently 18 years old( will turn 19 in july ) and i study economics at the citys high school. On my free time i like to play wow! and to play football as im a goalie
People may find me funny and a nice guy. cause i dont make much fuss about anything and im always cool in my ways of acting. atleast thats what i hope people think of me and that its how i think of myself. When i do something i do it the best i can, and my best is really good
Sometimes i may make jokes that people dont find funny cause i have a strange kind of humor that only me and some of my friends get, So dont burn me alive if i make a joke that no one will get. Gonna quote martin luther king jr in something he said that i think suits my personality really good

Character Information

My character is named Pappadarth and is a lvl 80 shaman. He enjoys all aspects of being a shaman. Both the dps and the healing. So he have no problems with being any specc you desire. Hes gear atm is not as über imba as many wants it to be, But he knows what to do when he raids and rarely do any mistakes. He is currently elemental as raiding specc but he got as good healing gear as elemental. His enhancement gear is abit worse but it works. But he said to me that he have no problems with respeccing to any specc that you need and changing talents to try it out if anyone have some improvements they can suggest.

Raiding

My raiding experience so far in wow have been:

Vanilla WoW : ZG,MC,BWL,AQ20,AQ40 up to C'thun and anub'rekhan in naxx 40.
Burning Crusade: Karazhan,Gruul,TK,SSC,MH and BT cleared. Never had the time to try SWP before the patch came out.
WOTLK: All contents cleared except sartharion 3D wich ive tried but never killed. All this on both heroic and normal mode.

More specific times:

Mondays: Can raid after 21.
Tuesdays: Can raid after 22
Wednesdays: Can raid after 21:30
Thursdays: Free all day for raids
Fridays: Free all day for raids
Saturday: Free all day for raids
Sundays: Free all day for raids

I play football and i think that in real life is more important then wow. And thoose days i cant raid is because i have football trainings during the evening on weekdays.

Gaming (optional) and World Of Warcraft history

The first game i ever played on a computer was counter strike:D and i played that game for 2 years before my friends introduced me to World of Warcraft. The game i come to love and play. At this moment i have played wow for 4 years, since the release. Ive had much fun with many people on many characters on many servers and i hope that will continue.

I first started in WoW on the server Shadowmoon where i lvled up my hunter. I did MC on  with a guild called Resistance is Futile before a free migration to Drak'thul came to the picture. I took the transfer and woops, i was on Drak'thul. On Drak'thul i joined a guild called Wagamana and we cleared everything up to naxx except C'thun. And we killed anub in naxx. When BC came i left Drak'thuls safe enviroment to test my luck on a server called Frostmane. During BC i lvled a new char that was a warrior and i started to raid karazhan and gruul on it while i was on Frostmane. Then a free migration to Burning Blade opened up and i moved all my chars there ( hunter and warrior) to play in a guild called Revenant. Played there as Main tank, clearing everything up to vashj and kael. When the summer came the guild disbaned and i moved my hunter to a sevrer called Neptulon to play with a guild called Guards of eternity. We had great fun but the guild disbaned after some months due to inactivity from several members.
After that i started to lvl a shaman to play on a server called karazhan. played there with a 10 man guild with my irl friends but most of them stopped and i was left alone, again. So i moved all my chars back to burning blade cause i heared that Revenant( my old guild) was starting again. Went there, played as resto shammy. We killed everything up to archi and 3 first bosses in BT before the guild disbaned again. At that moment WOTLK was knocking on the door and i started to lvl a horde shammy with some of my irl friends. We started to lvl on spinebreaker and had alot of fun doing pugs before wotlk. And then it came, Wotlk.
We moved server from spinebreaker to frostmane to be able to find a better enviroment. But when we got to 80 there was no guilds that wanted me and my friends so we all ran away to the server called laughing skull. There we started a guild called Björnar o Tigrar wich we only did 10 mans with. But after some weeks a couple of people got tired of the game and stopped. So we disbaned the guild and went to the Guild Suit Up on the server. Raided most 25 man with them as a resto shammy. After some months in to Wotlk i got a message on msn that Revenant was coming back! omg was my first though. So i went on my alliance hunter and started to lvl it. got to 80 pretty fast and started to raid. Then the guild disbaned into two different guild. I joined one of the new formed guilds called Keelhaul. When i joined them they said they needed a prot warrior and i offered to lvl mine. I did that and then started to raid with them and function as a tank. We cleared everything up to sarth 2D. then the day came when many of the core members stopped showing up and there where no more raids. Many officers transfered to new server and i got the idea that i could start playing my horde shammy again. I logged in and joined Suit Up again, But this time as a elemental shammy. And there is where i am today, at this very moment.
That is my short story of my wow life. 4 years in some text. Can write more detailed if needed:P

Why do you want to join Iron Edge?

I wanna join Iron Edge cause i heard you are a good guild from Supremecy and my irl friend and you seems like a really good guild with nice people and a nice raiding enviroment. And that is what i look for in a guild. Joining a guild without a good enviroment and nice friendly players would kill the WoW experience. And as ive seen on forums and so on so far you are a really good and friendly guild. Thats why i want to join.

What can I offer to Iron Edge?

I can offer wierd jokes, Totems and a really good and sharp player that do all in every situation. I can offer you a serious guy in raids while i can be very very casual off the raids during free playing. I am also a very helpfull guy. So if anyone is in any kind of need for help i can most surely help if im not doing anything important.

You spent a while on your application, and it looks very good! You seem like the kind of person that would fit right into our community.
There is one significant problem, however; the B-team raids mondays and tuesdays 19.30 onwards, and this would crash with your soccer practice, I guess:/

Hi again !:P my and Mammas apply are not linked together. Just a coincidence that we made a apply here  . Nah. But we are doing seperatly applys and it would just be a bonus if both got in.

And in the end of april my training schedule will change as we move on to otherdoor training. so will probably get different training schedule with earlier training, making me able to raid.
