I like raid B ppl but just saying not to inv every guy that is app... We raid selling paterns delling work hard for them to repair?

Raid B is very casual rading and its nice for many ppl like shann that cant raid alot.. But does it mean to inv 100 ppl?

This last month the b-raid has raided about 3 hours per week, because we couldnt get a full group on tuesdays and we couldnt do heroic on mondays because we had to invite pvpers and shitty geared alts to even get 25 people.

This week has been the first in a month where we could actually get proper attempts on heroic and we killed the first two bosses.

My problem with you is your attitude everyone has a right to apply to Iron Edge and get denied.

You dont have to flame every applicant that is undergeared, or flame some of the b-raiders for being bad.
They are not applying to be hardcore raiders, they are applying to a group that plays twice a week to have fun and try the encounters, not to be serverfirst.

If you don't think Iron Edge has room for both sides then I think you are in the wrong guild.

Might I mention the fact than when you applied in 2007 you made a really really shitty application and left the guild....

You then got reaccepted because you have RL friends in the guild even though Legolew really didnt want you back.
When you read your own shitty application do you see us flaming you there?

i wouldnt make an apply if i thought that i wasnt ready.
and killing a boss never depends on 1, so not killing  it never means that u r not eligable for it.
i  told my reasons for this apply, i didnt beg for gear, and i never accept the word "unexprienced".
and one last thing, i asked to grishnag before apply as if there was any spot for trailer, trailer is not a member - someone that has given a chance to aprove if that he/she is eligable for it or not, if u give a chance i ll do my best to make u see that im good enough.

Yes this guy may be undergeared and a little inexperienced but i think he has the right attitude and a willingness to prove himself. Since when did you become the best player ever that you can put down everyone that doesnt meet your elitist standards. Just keep the comments constructive and stop flaming. This hunter clearly isnt flaming us so why should we flame him?
