You need 17% hit for the "hit cap".
3% From Misery (Shadowpriests) or Faerie Fire (boomkin)
3% From frost
3% From Arcane
8% From Gear
=17% total

On a sidenote, you got way way way tooo much hit dude.
Your trinkets are horrible, you should try to work and get some real trinkets.
Even the 5 man TOC trinket is better. Do some ICC10 man for Muradin.

In summary, stop focusing on item Level, and read up on theorycrafting.  Start with EJ forums, not sure if there is a mage specific one like we Shadow Priests have.
