Your application is very short which is bad.

Herbalism is useless as a raider, mining is acceptable as a tank but it needs to be maximum level to be acceptable.

Highlevel secondary professions that are not maxed are not mentionable...

Your gear is not awesome but not horrible.

You have not killed a single boss in BOT or throne of four winds and you have not killed Nefarian.

Whats with the sta stacking ?

You need +block meta gem in your head.

GLyphs could do with changing, and tallents are pretty messy.

You could get away with stacking stam because of new content but its been weeks already so we have the data we need and there is no excuse to do it anymore. (Unless your stamina is very low, but that is not your case I believe)

• Should reforge into mastery?

• Poor Cataclysm raiding experience

To be honest I wouldnt let you into the Hardcore Raid at least, but thats for TTaM to decide.
