At first glance im feeling "no way, don't get this dude in", then I'm getting some perspective and thinking that he actually has solid sponsors who is old members of the guild, they seem to work with the community and this dude shows basically the same type of personalty so why wouldnt he work  Not that I'm claiming to know any if you very well

More effort in to the application should be required.

OK every story have 2 sides, at that point when Figl was in IE i migrated on other server, but i was still informed what was happening. Cwave blowed his dkp on that tanking shield(for pimping) than he take ring(DKP>all). And yea Figl killed Ilidan like 20 times before he joined IE and help you a lot with progress/tactic and all.
But nvm that its all in the past.

Basically for F&F rank its required to have really good apply or strong sponsors.

Never really played with Figl back in TBC, but I do remember some fuzz about his leave/quit post. But that was years ago, and I'm sure he gave more than he took at the time. Not my domain however, and other people who weren't involved in that, should probably not judge Figl by this.

Figl seems like a nice guy, and from what I've heard, a bad ass player. Inviting him and his friends as F&F sounds great to me, however, the application is shit - but that has been pointed out already.
