We all liked Figl, but I don't see why it's so hard to just take 5 minutes to let us know what's up - the guild as a whole cares about the guy behind the screen, see it as an opporttunity to let these new guys know how awesome you are!

The idea was that they'd join and play with their friends and then apply/join the raid when they'd geared up.  Since they can't do that now, they just applied as F&F.
