Personal Info:

Daniel, 19, Windsor, Berkshire, I work as a grill chef.

Spec:

I'm restoration MS with an ilvl of 515 and my OS is Elemental with an ilvl of 511 (only because it's easy to have that spec being that resto and ele gear is all the same, I am also working on an enhancement set.

Class:

For my standard healing rotation: I would always have an Earth shield on the main tank taking the most damage, i would also make sure my riptide was on as many players as possible giving me tidal waves buff for my main single target healing spells. Use unleash elements for big healing output and Ancestral swiftness for immediate healing. Aoe healing rotation: In cases of small aoe damage I would use healing stream totem and use chain healing effectively so it actually spreads to other players and also healing rain, for heavy aoe damage I would use healing rain, Ascendance, chain healing and if need be Healing tide totem. I like to put out as much dps as i can too so searing totem  is usually up and I use stormlash totem during nuke or burst phases in fights to optimize the dps output.

Alts:

I have four other 90's a hunter, mage, druid and warr. I like to pvp with my mage and warrior quite a bit and i'm fairly good with a mage

Professions:

Skantora was originally a very neglected alt of mine and professions were never a concern of mine for this character, I have things like tailoring, leather working, jewel crafting all maxed out on other characters but i'm still currently working on Inscription (235) and herbalism (268).

Raid Experience:

My raiding experience dates back to wrath when I first took it seriously. I joined a guild here on Hellfire called Followers of Medivh and we cleared ICC 25 norm and did something like 9/13 hc.. Not too sure but that was on my hunter and was one of the top dps in the team. Cata was pretty much a dead period for me as I quit wow and left my hardcore raiding guild once they moved realms, I came back to wow and I cleared DS norm and did a couple bosses on hc and that was on my mage. Got to 4/12 in ToT and as far as healing goes I have only been healing this current tier but have picked it up fast and have everything I need keybinded and macro'd and feel very skilled and have the know how of this class.

Previous Guilds:

Followers of Medivh - wanted a break from wow and as they were deciding to move realms it felt like a good time to say my goodbyes
Discombobulated - Leaving because they don't wish to raid anymore and have said that we're free to go looking for other raiding guilds if we wish to do so.

Availability:

I work as a grill chef and my work hours can be as flexible as I want, just have to ask for certain days/times off work and they do it, just like for my last guild. Absolutely no problem making it to raids

Communication:

I speak perfect english and I have a mic so I can talk to you guys. I don't have TS but can install it if I know I am accepted to this lovely guild

Computer / Connection:

My computer is very good imo. I have spent £1300 on the thing and it hasn't let me down, its only a few months old too. It has 16GB of memory so holds wow pretty well as I have around 100 fps in LFR fights and all that. As far as internet connection goes I have plugged right into the modem so no loss of connection

Addons/UI:

The raiding addons I use are: BittensSpellFlash_Shaman, Cooldowns (to keep track on cooldowns), DBM (to keep me aware of the fight), Decursive (for rapid dispelling), GTFO (to wake me up lol), NugcomboBar (to keep track of tidal waves buff and also used for dps spec), Recount (To assess certain aspects of the fight like enough dispels, enough healing, too much over healing etc)

Why Iron Edge?

Reading your website has shown me that you guys are mature and bring professionalism to your raiding, which is something I like and I really want to go into 25 man raiding again and there isn't many guilds I know, on this realm anyway, that do 25 man raiding.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

To the raid I can offer you my skill and experience in raiding to help better the team and progress further, as for the social aspect I have a good sense of humor and a likable personality (so I have been told) and would like to make some very enjoyable memories raiding with you guys.

I like your application! What separates IE from other guilds at the moment is that we only raid twice a week, so it works really well if you're sort of a casual player.

I use to have the time to be a hardcore raider but now I have more responsibilities so I was forced to be a casual player my last guild (Discombobulated) raided 2 nights a week also so i'm all good for casual

Before I can sort my working hours I would first have to see if I have made it into the guild and then I would have to transfer, with what you're saying I can make the changes now but won't be ready this coming week as my work router is in place. Next week I should be able to have the raid days off and join you guys on the 3rd, telling you this I will need to double check this is ok with you guys.
