Personal Info:

My name is Rimvydas, 24-teen years old.  I live in Vilnius, Lithuania and I recently started a new job as a data analyst (sounds 'amazing' - i know!).

Spec:

I prefer playing as a dps and in this case - elemental, but I could try healing if there is a lack of healers. As far ilvl goes - I did not play my shammy in 5.3, so not much and it definitely needs work: elemental 492 (yes with the pvp ring, sorry) and 493 resto (no real 2nd healing trinket and same crappy pvp ring (no spirit))

And for the 'why?' I played ele shammy - the answer is simple - my group needed one.  The same was with my cata raiding group - I rolled a boomkin for the haste buff.
So for me the spec/class is not that important as the company.

Class:

I am outdated on shaman, but for ele pretty much the same as before:
int > hit (15%) > haste > mastery > crit

for resto I guess: spirit/int gear > some haste breakpoint > mastery > crit (I would research on this more if needed - no problem)

Alts:

ALL OF THEM!!! People collect pets - I collect alts.
90s - lock, druid, rogue, DK, priest
87s - monk, paladin
35 - hunter
51 - warrior
44 - mage


Professions:

Nothing special or cool for my shammy - jc and ench for +320int bonuses.

Raid Experience:

Started playing on global servers at the beginning of Icecrown Citadel, derped there with dk and pally heal a bit - raided casually 10/25 with no real achievements (half of shadowmourne done - sadface).
In Cata I started semi-hc 3 days a week 10 man raiding around beginning of Firelands and cleared that on hc, except of Ragnaros, finished Deathwing on hc also with 20% buff if i remember correctly. As we were not that serious - we were stuck on back of DW for a while.
In MoP I started in hc 5 days a week 10 man raiding group, but we got burned out at 12/12hc 0/4hc, then we took a break and I did not return to hc raiding.

For the other part of the question - I really enjoy pvp (especially healing and watching tournaments)  but I have no real achievements there - 2v2 ~1.6 WotLK, MoP, 3v3 ~1.5, no real RBG exp.

Previous Guilds:

Pretty much all of my WoW 'career' I was playing with people of my nationality and I want to try an international guild, but the more applicable reason for leaving is that I do not want to invest that much time and effort into WoW anymore and try 25-man(!!) raiding.
Also, our competition quit (we were competing more with other Lithuanian guild than other guilds)

Availability:

Monday-Friday after work/sports anywhere from 19.00 (server time) until I drop on the keyboard drooling. Weekends - depends on what I am doing but if you would consider to move raids to Sunday's night - I would be there.

Communication:

I can speak English, I was using it for my previous work quite a lot on phone with foreign clients. I do have TS3 and I do have and use a mic.

Computer / Connection:

I can only compare to LFR and I had a huge dps drop on Elegon's last phase, but I could just set the settings lower (not ultra). I have a stable internet connection - the last time I had problems with it when a storm killed the power.

Addons/UI:

My UI is not pretty but kinda does the job:

Grid2 for healing/raid health tracking, Tidyplates and classtimer for easier dot/debuff tracking, DBM to stay awake, and most important addon - recount(!!) for some competitive analyzing and QQing after tanks are on top.

For keybinds - nothing special. For shift + y pre-pot/pot, shift + t dps macro (shammy form, trinkets, racial)

Other Games:

League of Legends -> I often do lanparties with my friends on weekends.
I try pretty much everything.

Why Iron Edge?

As stated above - I am looking for 25 man guild with a relaxed raiding schedule in kazzak and you guys are the only ones doing it according to wowprogress.com.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

A new elemental shaman wouldn't be bad and I like the fact that you have tried hardcore and is ready for a more casual approach.

Your gear is pretty low, so I would like you to gear up a bit, just doing some LFR could get you some nice upgrades and give you progress on your way to the  legendary cloak(meta gems etc.).

Funny I recognize this so well, I also had a competative guild (back when you were competing against your realm) against me and when they quit I think half of my guild quit as well. It's so important to have someone to beat when you raid 6/7 days a week.
Well thumbs up from me, you seem like a great guy and yes, 25man 2 days a week is so much more relaxing. (And welcome to real raiding, those damn 10man are dungeonruns)
