Iron Edge Meetup Summer 2023: Gdańsk!

I'd really love to join an IE meeting so I can smash some beers with Prat and Rasgaas (at least), but unfortunately, I won't be able to join this one either.

The baptizm of my cousin's daughter is in august after all, so I could have attend this one, but recently, I was told my little sister is promoting me to uncle. She's pregnant for 3 weeks and she'll come home in that exact weekend. I haven't seen her for more than a year already and I can't wait to hug her.

Hopefuly I'll manage to see you guys at some point, but it's not gonna be this time :(

I've booked this hotel/2 apartments for the weekend, for up to 12 people. The people I am currently counting on to stay at this location are:

Seems like all of the direct planes from copenhagen are rather late.
Anyone else planning to get on thursday instead?

Ill be landing Warsaw on 29th 17:15 then i will probably grab a cab to trainstation to get to Gdansk. I also booked a AirBnB there till sunday.

My plane lands at 6am in Warsaw. Hemoroid's plane lands at 9. We'll drive to Gdansk afterwards, so we should be there at ~1-2 pm, if everything goes smoothly.

My company is planning to send me AGAIN to New York in July so to make me feel better about all of this my boss is willing to pay for this trip and arrange it

its still not final final, cause we didn't set the dates of when I need to come back
but looks much better today then it did til now

cause when I checked flight costs from Israel to Gdansk it was 750 fucking USD
but if the company is paying (and it will be cheaper cause it will be part of a larger ticket)

I will be landing in gdansk at 15:00 friday and I fly home sunday at 16:05.

I have just bought my tickets to Warsaw, and I would arrive there at Thursday 8pm.

Will travel to Gdansk from Warsaw Friday morning or afternoon, havent decided yet.
