My Name is Oren, I am an English teacher from Israel, I am 38 years old, and a heavy wow addict. My current guild just disbanded yesterday sadly, and I am in the search of a long lasting home. I am a high attendance ( almost always 100%)  raider, who understand the value of team play more than personal goals

Class/Spec:

I can play both BM or MM but usually go for BM as its more viable in raids mainly to do mechanics, whilst keeping a good uptime on my rotation

As a BM I go with Haste>crit>mastery
As a MM I go Crit>mastery>>Haste

Alts:

I have many alts ( too many to admit) I ahve a 655 shammy healer i play around with, but all my alts are just that..alts , I am kind of a 1 main kind of guy.

Professions:

Alch for the 2 hour flask buff and herb just to go with it, and farm herbs while I am on discord speaking with people.

I came back to wow after a break through SL and most of DF, but before that I was a mythic raider and cleared all content. Bfa - cleared all on mythic Legion - cleared all raids but Tomb ( didn't get to KJ)
Going all the way back to WoD where I started mythic raiding. I played both  as a tnak and as a DPS in my wow history

One and Done ravencrest - as said they disbanded as the officer team just decided they had enough
The golden age silvermoon- a casual guild that did HC when I just got back at the end of DF and  moved there to play mythic
Exodus the maelstrom - where I was an officer for a few years, mostly dealing with recruits
Ruined Anachronos - where I started raiding ( so WoD area)  mythic

Availability:

I am an independent worker so I make my own schedule, so there shouldn't be an issue there.

Class/Spec:

Frost mainly atm, but I try to gear up for UH as well and blood if the need every arises.

Well for frost, you mainly prio crit, and depending if it's the BoS build or Shatter build you then either go for mastery or haste, but I prefer the shatter build due to it being kinder and more flexible in it's damage windows whereas if you play BoS any sort of unexpected downtime and your damage goes down the gutter. Yo have a priority style play style in frost typically or at least mainly in shatter, where you cycle between using your KM procs and pop frost strikes when razorice stacks are 5 and then you can use Rime procs to get an extra razorice stack obv popping the 5 razorice stacks>using Rime proc, and you obviously want to keep your icy talons and and unholy frenzy buffs up but if you're doing your rotation properly you shouldn't have to think too hard on, and ofc keep your rolling out CDs and pair them when possible. UH almost follows a similar rule set obv less of a crit stat prio but rather haste and mastery for your pet and shadow damage abilities, UH follows the same ruleset of frost of basically roll out your CDs and pair them as much as possible, seeing as DT and abom and apoc minions all benefit from commander talent, and this again depends on if you run the horsemen hero talents or sanlayn, sanlayn being more burst aoe atm, (altho there's a nerf to blood beast coming but it's not a nerf that will break the spec) you have an opener same with frost and after that prio on keeping buffs/debuffs up and etc etc etc.

Alts:

I have a fair few level 80 alts, 80 warlock, 80 evoker, 80 DH, 80 rogue, 80 druid, another 80 rogue, another 80 DK. they're mainly there for professions but I try to keep some of em champion geared at least with slow hero gear upgrades from delves.

Professions:

JC/Engi on my DK main, Enchanting and mining on rogue, alchemy and herb on evoker, tailoring and inscription on my warlock, mining and herbalism on druid, skinning and enchanting on DH, skinning and LW on 2nd rogue, JC/Engi on 2nd DK as well.

Raiding Experience:

Been raiding since Vanilla with some time off here and there, cleared heroic raids in MoP or at least from ToT and SoO, first step into mythic raiding in hellfire citadel got CE and from there got CE in emerald nightmare, Nighthold, tomb of sargeras, Antorus, Uldir. then kinda got burnt out of the game and stopped cause BfA was a daily/weekly chore nightmare, CE in nathria then stopped again cause game was again kinda grindy. DF no CEs pretty much always had problems the closer we got to an end boss.

Previous Guilds:

Hybrid species was the guild I was in during MoP and that's the relevant one I guess, before that Afterlife for dragon soul and sequence before that. but that's all way back when and reason I left afterlife was cause they changed realms at the time and I didn't wanna transfer away from friends I had made, Hybrid species I left cause they just wanted to stay heroic raiding and I wanted to move on to mythic, Colour was the guild I joined for hellfire citadel mythic raiding afterwards we got CE throughout all of legion and after I stopped in BfA they went on to become a HoF guild I joined a more casual guild called SecondChance they got CE in nathria but no CE since I stuck with em till Nerubar when they finally stopped raiding mythic and everyone went to separate guilds. Ever since I've been trying to find a guild to settle and and try to finally get CEs again. As for the current guild I'm in <Vindicate> well let's just say they are the last guild I join from last tier in nerubar because they were close to similar progress as SecondChance and seemed like they had a decent chance at CE but on Kyveza some shit happened idk and one after another people either stopped raiding or stopped showing up so the guild decided to take a break, I rolled with it and stayed didn't try to look for another guild cause frankly was sick of guild hopping and vindicate was already the 3rd or 2nd guild after secondchance that I joined and each had a similar thing going on as SecondChance where people stop raiding or not showing up. Now the same thing is happening again in Vindicate and we have missed 3-4 raid days of mythic progress and there were some alarms that I won't get into that make me think there's not a good chance of me getting CE with the guild so I it is unfortunate but I feel like I gave the guild a good chance and have been as patient as could be and already informed the raid leader if the situation continued that I would look to raid elsewhere and here we are.

Availability:

I'm currently available a lot of the time I only work 4 times a week from 15:00 realm time to 19:00 realm time, Sundays and Tuesdays-Thursdays. Besides that I have Medical exams to finish in December/January and that's pretty much it.

Communication:

Proficient in English and can listen I have a mic and when it's green I talk into it.

Computer / Connection:

Don't have FPS issues for now with a 2080TI will upgrade it when I feel like it's run it's course and want a better upgrade. as for internet connection very stable but won't lie there are some periods of some instability but never frequently and usually resolve themselves quickly.

Addons/UI:

I use WAs for tracking anything class related like buffs/stacks on enemy, plater for enemy health bars and casts, Bigwigs/DBm based on what the guild wants, method raid tools and details because I like seeing my name on the dps meters pew pew.

Other Games:

Played the DMC games, Dark soul games (did not play DS2 tho) Elden Ring, Cyberpunk, witcher games, played OW back when, played some Helldivers 2 with friends, all the GoW games from greek to norse saga, Sekiro, the insomniac spider-man games, all the batman games.

Why Iron Edge?

I want to join a guild that has and can get CE and understand that there's a life outside the game and doesn't expect me to dedicate all my time and resources to it but ofc to still do my part and show up ready to raid and perform and so that the team as a whole can get CE in an relaxed but efficient manner.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

A person who will do his best to improve where he can and however he can, help in anyway I can offer or is asked. And one of the most important things I believe is someone who can perform and show up on a consistent manner except when there are understandable and unavoidable circumstances.
