So when you upload your vid to youtube it vanishes into a big fat black box of which you get a semi nice quality vid back(aka meh)

Put this behind your vid for better viewing pleasure

&fmt=18 avi xvid encoded
&fmt=14 gives something nice
&fmt=6 wmv highest quality
Anything does something

6 gives little noticeble difference
18 gives a nice boost. Also note the line under your movie giving you the option to get lower quality for faster viewing.

Only 20%ish are actually also encoded in xvid, so go for newer vids for noticble stuff
