Hey, my names Niall (but known as Sith in wow), I am a 35 year old father of a sausage dog (way cuter than Phoenixflames dog btw) oh and my son Axel ... I have a very funky title of 'Director of Operational Solution Design) at the UK's largest Ambulance Provider and live by the motto of work hard, play hard, always making time for WoW and progress.

Class/Spec:

I play Shaman, Elemental MS and Resto OS.
Elemental I play Stormkeeper mostly aside from Paladins where Farseer outperforms
What's not to love about Ele - spam lightning and control the elements!
Ele - 288 itmlvl
Resto - 286 itmlvl


Crit/Mastery
Got BIS gear aside from Crown Trinket and Belo/Lura items
Rotation is relatively straight forward:
1) pre-cast stormkeeper
2) press my macro which cases Ascendance/Potion/Ancestral Swiftness/Trinket (use)/Berserker (troll racial)
3) Lave Burst (to proc master of the elements)
4) Tempest
5) Lave Burst
6) standard rotation thereafterwards (prioritise master of the elements on Elemental Blast > Tempest > Lightning Bolt (empowered)

AOE isn't vastly different, where you cast chain-lightning at 3+ targets and earthquake as a spender instead of Elemental Blast

Retribution Paladin - 288 itmlvl - played at a good standard (in my own humble opinion)
Holy > Shadow Priest - 283 itmlvl - would say my resto shaman is stronger than this as the priest is <2 days play time at max level so has non-ideal stats and trinkets.

Professions:

Unfortunately not, Enchanting to help make some extra gold/save gold on enchants

Raiding Experience:

Current experience 6/9M with Crown at 20%
Historic Experience: Cutting Edge from Cataclysm > MoP > Legion > BfA > Shadowlands, then took a break following the birth of my son and returned in Midnight, started raiding again around 8 weeks ago.

I enjoy dps main spec with healing off spec classes, so have raided with:
Druid (Cata)
Shaman (MoP)
Shaman (BfA)
Priest (Shadowlands)

and randomly played Mage for BfA

Previous Guilds:

Elusive - Raid Leader wanted to step down from playing and no replacement was found so a few players migrated elsewhere.
As Expected - Team naturally burnt out after a few years and similar situation with raid leaders stepping away and officers quitting playing
Twisted - I stopped playing following the birth of my first son

M-S - 2 days per week - 20:00 server time until 24:00 (or later if needs be)

I have a week away in August, outside of that I will play 100% until October (where I have 1 more week on holiday) and then Christmas I have a couple days off.

BuffReminders - to help me spam Skyfury for the raid
CooldownManager - track spell CD's in the middle of screen to ensure I don't stand in s***
GTFO - an extra layer of support for when I do stand in s***
Northern Sky Raid Tools - encounter reminders on boss with audio queues
Simulationcraft - to sim my gear and make sure I perform to the highest standard
Platynator - more for myth+ but tidies up the bars and supports easier management of Lightning Rods & Flame Shocks
NorskenUI - love this addon and does lots of things from range checkers, cursor trails and quality of life things (encounter timer is useful for healing CD's and also managing mechanic windows to min/max your cd usage)
Bartender4 - self explanatory
BigWigs - self explanatory
Decursive - simple dispels can be useful with this
Time Spiral Tracker - becuase lets be honest its a nightmare to track without it
