My in-game name is Melonstar.

Personal Information:

My name is Mikkel, im 25 years old and come from Denmark. Im a multi-medie designer and live with my girlfriend. I play too much WoW and have a blast with it. For more personal information you can contact me ingame on "melonstar" or ask in this post.

Character Information

My character is level 70 Tauren Shaman, named melonstar.
I am full restoraion specced with 5 pts in ench for the +5%  manapool.

My gear is quite decent. +798 healing and 190 mregn. 8k hp/8kmana.

Attunements: Allmost kharazan. A trip to arcetraz and it should be final.

Gaming and World Of Warcraft history

I have been playing computer since i was 12. so thats about 13 years of experience. It started with pacman commodore 64 - amiga 500-1200 moved on to MOD's for the 4-86 IBM machines. By the time Ultima Online came out i worked at a Computer cafe and got payed to play the greatest game to ever live (pre-tremmel). That era also held diablo and such games that i offcourse played to the max. d1 soloplayer. d2 Hardcore. After that Dark age of cammelot mmorpg was released and that really got my attention. I played daoc for 3 years and was #1 healer on my server (pvp wise since i played on pvp server). rankings listed on cammelotherald.
WoW. When wow was released i was sadly on a skee-trip. After the trip me and friend took a lvl competition. first to 60. 1 week we did not leave our apartment AT ALL. we played 20-21 hours each day and set 3 alarm clocks to wake us up after 3-4 hours. That should give you an idea of how i roll when i get into a game. After that week we were 60 and i had created our guild since past UO. Pre- BWL we had done onyx/about full mc and i had hit rank: warlord with my UD mage. Sadly i felt that i had done everything the game had to offer and after a dry period i decided to let it go. 1 Month ago i started the Free trial and i got hooked again. So many new things to overcome. So i rebuild a char on a new server. However since I do not have 20 hours a day anymore i feel its a impossible task to rebuild my guild. I muchmore would be an asset to an allready good and well established guild like Iron Edge. I have watched IE while i lvled and played a few instances with you guys. Seemingly you know how shit should be handled and thats how i like to play.

What can I offer to Iron Edge?

A veteran in mmorpgs community.
A very good all around player.
A mature and well organized person.
A player without a mom in the back "dinners ready" ( seemingly alot of random grps go afk to eat cause their mom made them dinner and they HAVE to eat NOW!)
A joyfull guy with laughs n giggles.

And yes i did read the "shaman recruitment is closed tag" -but if you don't try u dont get anywhere. However closing doors only limit options, and a door is never really closed if the right guy is behind it

I think a hardcore shaman may just be what the guild needs, but I'm sure Cwave will fill you in ASAP!

How are you with regards to preparation? Potions and flask-like things?

Really good application, haven't seen in action (i think) cause I tend to grp up with ppl I know. Ask Slackwave for ingame channel name of ours, so u can get some grp invites pre-trial

WTB: Cwave online & ingame

I have been in 4 guilds in 8 years of mmorpgs. 2 of which was for pure lvl reasons. 1 was my own guild whos more then 6 years old and the one im in atm for grp gathering. ( as i told them it was not a permanent stay for me. ( not good enough)) since i been without a guild since lvl 1-70 and got very bored.

Iron edge is not the most hardcore guild out there. But there is has a core of quite hardcore players. Besides that Iron edge is a quite social guild and has always been focusing on being a strong and friendly community.
