a few days without guild was all I needed to see how much I give up for hardcore raiding. :D so gonna use more time on the ladies and pvp instead, but thanks for your time, so decided with my IRL mates that we would make PvP guild and focus more on bodybuilding.

More easy to quit a Arena then a raid. if someone calls.

I realy like raiding :/ but rather go with my friends to the gym.. lost abit interest after being inactive ingame :/

If I cant go hardcore, I dont realy enjoy it just as much.

I tend to be casual on my birthday and a few days after :/ think its normal.

I don't see how you can't fit Gym + raiding together.
I have trained in the gym for 3 years now and it's so easy to fit a schedule ...
Just go on the morning between 12-16:00 or so man.
Don't fucking sleep like you usually do and stop staying up to 06:00 every day.
