B-raid Mage! Reporting for duty!

Hello everyone I am Fireskull, a level 80 Blood Elf Mage.

Personal Information

Out of World of Warcraft, I am known as Branko. I live in Serbia, will be soon 19 years old and i have a girlfriend. I've finished school & entered faculty this year ^^ I like to joke a lot and laugh.

I am arcane atm, but i switch from fire (20/51/0) to arcane (57/3/11) for pve, depending on the mood and i have dual spec for pvp, frost (20/0/51).

As for pre-TBC i haven't raided with mage, since he's a blood elf, but i did on my priest. In TBC I did Kara, Maggy, Gruul, and BT. As for WotLK, I have experience in Naxx 10/25, Ulduar 10/25, Toc 10 and ToGC 10 (2/5 bosses).
I have 60 days total time played, and about 20 days on lvl 80.

Raiding

So far I am available every day for raids. If something comes up I will inform my class leader about it, but that won't happen so often. Also I might go out on weekend to a club or something, but depends from week to week. I can go out on week days, and leave weekend for chilling home and resting ^^.

WoW History and gaming experience

I started playing games when I was really young, like 5, and i loved playing Jazz Jackrabbit, Super Mario, Supaplex, PacMan and Commander Keen ^^ As i grew older, newer games started coming out. So I started playing Warcraft II and III. And then WoW came out. I didn't want to buy it at first because I liked W3: Frozen Throne as campaign, but this was something totally different for me, and I didn't like it. But my best friend bought the game, so I started on his account and I liked it. Now I play WoW for 3 long years... Beside WoW I like to build houses in Sims and to play Prototype and Bioshock.

When I bought my account, I asked a friend which is the class that people rarely take? And he said: "Ah, noone picks priests!". ^^ So the first char I made was my Alliance Night Elf Priest on Dragonmaw. As time went by, I've raided at lvl 60 with the priest but during that time I started to like Horde. I felt the Horde calling me. And so, when TBC came out, me and my friend rerolled Horde on Dunemaul. 2 handsome Blood Elves were born, ready to conquer the Azeroth! Since then, I had some pauses during the play to chill myself of WoW cuz it makes a real addiction to people who play it a lot. Hehe   And now, I am looking forward to exploring new content that Blizzard releases.

Why do I want to join Iron Edge?

Heh, tough question. Well out of all reasons, It's because, out of all guilds on server, you have shown the most dedication, will and strength to defeat everything and never give up, even in hardest times when most people would give up. Also I've met some of the members of IE in game, done some instances with them, had a chat, and it's very nice to know that you can talk to someone so nice and polite. Most of all, to play with so great and dedicated people. Also I like IE because You don't give up after 10 or 20 silly wipes on same boss.
To make the long story short, I am looking for a friendly, funny, dedicated guild with serious members who laugh, enjoy jokes, and understand humor.

What can I offer to Iron Edge?

Well my gear ain't perfect, but I can offer a nice, funny, always in the good mood guy, always willing to help out people in need.

Great application dude. I think the B-Raid has like 4 mages now, but Tempeste is only available 1 day and Kjellberg is a chronic disconnecter. Phebia and the new guy should be fairly stable, so good luck with the application.

Do you want to say mages don't need intellect? I use that meta cuz its only one that worked at that time, since I was using all Runed gems for spell power. And as arcane, intellect gives me spell power.

25sp + 25 int vs 21 crit rating and 3% damage from crits.

Well tbh, I do crit, and when I do, I can crit up to 20k Arcane Blast, and my highest crit was 28k Arcane Blast when i got Dying curse proc, lightweave and Arcane Power. So I think crits are very usefull to any spec. But hey, thats my opinion. Also I use Molten Armor, cuz Evocation has only 2 min cd as arcane so I made mana return spell cycle. And so I never run out of mana. I've been playing a mage for quite long time, and i admit there are better players who know more than me, but i am quite satisfied with what i have to offer and do.

arcane is meh, maybe next patch but not in t9 gear

No, no, for t9 gear I am going fire spec. Cuz it gives hit mostly. But atm I only have 2 pieces of t9... Aiming for more ofc... But I do more dps as arcane atm. I know spell cycles for both specs so it doesn't make a problem for me to respec anytime in future. ^^
