My name is Paul Morrissey i live in Dublin,Ireland.
I am 25 years old finishing off a 4 year eletrical apprenticeship in 3 weeks.
I ride fixies in mean time when im not on wow.

My character is Bzr i'm a ret paladin level 80

I'm running no IMP might in my raid spec but if you need em to spec into it i can do.

I have a very small ammount end game content cleared because i rerolled realm to play with my RL mate.(joeburger)

I began in vanilla WoW on Ravenholdt with joeburger we both started together on alliance side both human warriors we had we didnt get to play vanilla WoW much because as we got closer to level 60 TBC just came out so we missed the old school raids but we raided at level 70.
After a good while playing as level 70 alliance warriors we both rerolled horde on wildhammer.I quit for a good while because i moved to australia and didnt raid the beginning of WoTLK but im back now and trying to progress as much as possible but cannot find a good raiding guild.So joeburger suggested i should apply to iron edge so here i am.

Why do you want to join Iron Edge?
To get back into the flow of raiding 10/25 raids and enjoying it,like i used to at 70
i havn't had the chance to raid 25 man yet because pugs are just dreadful and do not work most time you get the typical noobs who don't know what to do and are only out for items in raids .I'm out to raid with iron edge because i know and watched joeburger in raids with you when im in his house and it brings back memories of raiding end game content when i used to at 70.


What can I offer to Iron Edge?
I don't want to give you bullshit about imba dps and crap i can offer you a solid raider who attends raids on time prepaired and willing to wipe on the new content to finally down the bosses .

A little gear update*

i have got the mats for : [Battlelord's Plate Boots] there the ulduar boot patterns
im just struggling to find a BS to craft them for me,Also im also getting mats for

/Agree with you mate this weapon is the worst thing ever.The dmg is terrible and i can see where your coming from will i do enough damage i can't not say for sure that i can but i can do the best with my gear atm.

I'm doing onyixa 10/25 toc10 trying 10 hc and ulduar 10/25 everyweek to try get a new weapon i just aint lucky i guess.

i'm saved to every raid this week cause i'v done them all bar EoE nothing good in there.and toc 25 cnt exactly do a good pug.

I'm working hard trust me on getting a new weapon i just got new boots and bracers.I will try my best to achive a new weapon and fast.

Good app, but there some things off with your character

Is your spec supposed to be pve or pvp oriented? Because it is kind of odd in both cases.

You are a JC, but it isn't high enough to get prismatic gems. Also your meta needs 2 blue gems to activate, but you only have 1 blue gem equipped.

You aren't using Glyph of Consecration which is the biggest dps boosting glyph for a ret. Neither do you have the minor glyph of Sense Undead.

On a side note, you should really get the Emblems of Triumph retri libram since that is better than any armor upgrade you can buy.

1 my spec i redid it like yesterday quickly to a diff type i was trying out a pvpish spec so d/w its not my raid spec.My JC i actually am leveling was grinding for 3 hours in outland for adamantite ore/fel iron to prospect.
And the meta gem i am going to redo that meta do 21 crit 2% mana back so i can keep socketing with 20 str,and soon to be 34(3) with the dragon's eye epic ones.
And i will get that glyph of consecration/glphe of undead when i log in today also im actualy saving up to get that libram im on 11 badges triumph at.doing the daily hc everyday to get extra badges.

In a way yes i should be using it but i dont want to sacrifice a 20 str gem for a 10 str + 15 stam to fill a blue socket when i could be getting 40 ap from the 20 str instead of 20 AP and 150 hp.

you could put a blue gem in your boots. bonus is 6 str. and im sure the extre damage you get from the dps gem is much better than 8 AP.just a suggestion

i would like another ret pala in the raid as yoica is semi prot atm and if he can do the same damage aswell then it would only benefit us

Noooo Tronz... i'm not semi-prot by choice  Just that no other tank class was willing to spend dkp on offspec before we changed the rule.
