You've spec'd for 2P T10 but you dont have any parts yet, unless i missed that bit in your wall of text. Some parts of your gear need an upgrade like your belt,cloak and trinket, you are well below hit cap and have almost no experience with current end-game content. You should also be gemming str+crit for some of the socket bonuses.

I just wanted to try the spec because I am upgrading my gear very fast. My normal spec is more adjusted to my 245 koltira set atm. About upgrades, I think I can upgrade the neck,cloak,belt easily since it is possible to just farm emblems (which i'm doing now) and if you really think i shouldn't be using any 226 lvl's at all, well I have wrathful gladiator offsets sitting in my backpack (until i get some pve upgrade i could use them as an option). I will make the necessary changements at gemming so don't worry about that. About hit rating...I am thinking about buying Ring Of Rotting Sinew and make some few adjustments i am not sure atm, but i think it is not a big problem. I am already making changements as i write this post. About raid xp, I am very good at reading and stuff, it's just I need a practise. Due to my experience, I know how important communication is and I really really understand the tactics (if i don't understand....i can ask until i understand lol). Gemming is complete. I needed 1 blue for my meta to work so the purple gem in my gloves stays until you find me a better suggestion. Overall, I would like to say that I am willing to provide the best performance. It's just that I am in need of a professional+friendly environment. Waiting for your reply.

When I was playing with Ancient Defilers before Brethren, at Lighning's Blade, we were half Turkish-half international. The atmosphere was unique. I have never cought the same spirit again. To be honest, I have this feeling that maybe I could catch the same spirit in IE even though there are not so many Turks in it. What matters is friendship, and I believe I can get it in IE.
