Druids bring way too much as it is between ninnravaet, combat res, motw (which is now BoK!) awesome awesome healing potential (which given cata's larger hp pools we can probably expect will remain awesome with hots being even more relevant) and cyclone's incredible CC, phenomenal especially for MC'd targets - no other healer has this. When you consider ferals and balance druids too who also already bring a stupid amount of utility for dps classes (or tank), there's no way it'd be even vaguely sensible to give them yet another fantastic and highly sought after raidbuff.

Either Priest or Shaman, although I'd prefer Priest of course it's more likely to be a new Shaman totem. And in that case it's probably a fire totem, since the others elements have totems with more utility.

Well its a water totem, and there isn't many good ones, only mana spring, and healing stream, so we aren't really sacrificing anything important to drop this.

Isn't mana tide also water? Or does that just use whatever water totem's already down without interrupting the effect?

Yeah it's a Water totem and it replaces the Water totem that was up at that point. So you won't have the Concentration effect up when you use Mana Tide. And when Mana Tide runs out, no Water totem will be up and you'll have to drop a new Tranquil Mind/Cleansing/Mana Spring/etc totem.
