@Pluug after our first kill on lich king we focused on hc progress and didn't killed lich king so much and ı missed 3-4 kills also on lich king because of my broken hand

Sure 9/12 doesn't seem far off from 11/12, but considering we have been at 11/12 for FIVE months plus a 15% buff boost since that time, then you realise the huge gap.

Yea but when ı earned this achievements ı didn't have %30 buff either only %15 and %20 :)

As a non raider and an objective point of view. I understand that the IE raid teams don't want to spend time failing just because of a new applicant.
it's not that people say you are bad. it's just they don't want to get a few steps down every time. But who knows, u still may get a spot. Good luck

In some respects it seems quite harsh to not give someone a chance and hope they learn fast, in the long run this guy could turn out to be a good addition.

But with all the other people who have let us down in the past few weeks i think it will damage us more, people are already sick and tired of the same people who cant learn from their mistakes, and thats why we are losing the good raiders who dont mess up.

Personally im not interested in raiding with anyone atm unless they have good experience, its already soul destroying enough as it is, having to wait 4 weeks for certain people to learn how to dodge beams which the rest of us learnt in the 1st week.
