Hello Iron Edge community!  Thank you for consider my application to your guild.



Personal Information:

My name is Anders, and computer gaming is one of my hobby. I live in Sweden, in a town called Ludvika. I study science at high school, my second year. I study four years in three years, this mean I have to study a lot, and might have to stand out of raids before exams, cause sometimes it's to hectic to get it all around. But most of the time I work diligently in school and after school, which mean I can be online on the raid time (as they are at the moment). I am going to study economic at university after I graduate high school.

Gaming & WoW History

I have been playing virtual games for as long as I can remember. I started my virtual carrier with Nintendo 64 (1997), followed by Saga Dreamcast (1999). I was not satisfied with console games and was admiring the PC revolution (all the big kids had change the gaming arena), making Count Strike 1.5 my very first online game.  I also played Quake III Arena, mostly because my bigger brother had friends over and we played via LAN. This mean I did not really try out Unreal Tournament (which was on the table along with Quake).

I have also played strategy games, such as Red Alert, Starcraft and Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.
  
My World of Warcraft history started when I first tried out the beta version at a friend's place. He taught me the basic mechanics of the game, and it was love at first sight. So I started my WoW carrier year 2005. My very first character was a Dwarf Warrior on the server Silvermoon (EU). Did not really do any serious gaming with my Warrior, I was still rather new to the game. Was enjoying battlegrounds and doing UBRS (10man).  The downfall was my brother, who got my account banned, for using speed hack.  I had no doubt to start playing again, so I bought a new account, and made the character;  Ezzardo. And why I choose Dunemaul this time was because I wanted to play with my brother (yes, even thought he got me banned, it's my big bro)! Most of the people in my town were playing on Dunemaul.

I found rogue being a handy class, so I was raiding with Bonehunters along with my RL friend, mostly ZG & MC. And with my hunter I was in Fallen (my brother was there with his main), so I was friend/casual, can't really remember.  This mean I was raiding also with my hunter but not as a core raider, joined raids when I could come. I never raided Naxxmaras, and little AQ40.

In TBC I started to focus my hunter, I joined a Swedish guild called ?Horde I Byxan?.  We killed everything but Lady Vashj and Keal'Thas Sunstrider. We did not kill anything in MH/BT. The plan was to do it after we cleared thees contents. This was quite earily in TBC though. The guild disbanded cause of greed, long story. After that I started to focus on PvP and level alts. I mostly raided with my priest in MH and BT.

In WOTLK I lost focus of my hunter and started to level DK cause I had two RL friends who was leveling their hunters  1st. I raided Naxxmaras with my DK as DPS, with a Swedish guild called ?HINK?, mostly with people from my TBC guild HiB, but 10 men this time. When Ulduar patch released I was tanking with my DK in a guild called "Syndicate", but we never manage to kill Yogg-Saron. After I stopped raid with "Syndicate" I started to level up my alts, I mainly played my Shaman during ToC patch. At the time of ICC patch I was playing four level 80, raiding with three of them and PvP;ing with two of them.  I was raiding with a Swedish guild once again, with my Shaman. And did pugs (4 bosses) on my other chars, but my hunter. On my Hunter I was raiding with ?Was Here? GDKP alt run.  

At the end of WOTLK (prior 3 months), I decide not to waste my time on shitty alts, I would just focus on my old character to achieve something. So at the end of WOTLK I joined So What, and my plan was to PvP, and perhaps be help with raids when needed. And mabye even farm achievement points. But the Turkish members of So What had their own raid, which I came along with. Giselda who was leader of the group got me into raiding and so I did. And then I saw how much I enjoyed to raid again, and my urge to raid was huge. So I decide to start to raid again, but our raid did not last long, because Hammerica took players from our raid to his raid. All of them left the guild but me and made their own, but me and Giselda. I did not leave because I'm a loyal to my guild.  And then Hammerica persuaded me to be a raider (I thought I would raid with his group). Passed my trail, but 20 people in his ten men group made it almost impossible for me to get a spot. Anyway when I realized I would not raid in his group I joined Brothers raid when Rocca went on his vacation to America. Brother got his old job back meaning the raid stood without a leader, we tried to mend the raid but it was just impossible, when Raethryn also left us. After this I joined a Swedish raid but stayed in So What, the raid was good but problem there was people who were too greedy and preferred loot before progress, which is not what I prefer. I think it was a shame thought, because we killed six heroic bosses in just five raids, each raid being three hours only. (They had not kill any boss but Halfus before.)

As usual Hammerica have his meetings, ending up with Corruptsouls took ten players to the So What progress raid. Devilrox and Hammerica and I were not in it, along with few other members from So What. What happened after the raid was Hammerica who invited us to raid and asap he asked if we had any interest to raid with Iron Edge A-Raid, and we all agreed it's better than nothing, we joined you guys. What actually happened in between was Hammerica lying him being banned. And on Wednesday when he came online 20:30, I went on Ventrilo, and then I sent him a whisper asking him if he needed me for raid, on VT or anything, and he left me without reply.  And I was spying on Ventrilo (as the Russian spy I am), I heard he was creating a raid, and they only needed a healer and a tank, this meaning they did not need me. So I though OK, then we are free to raid with Iron Edge I'd guess. But apparently no. The raid never happened due to lack of players, and two hours later Hammerica log in on WoW with the master Plan in his mind. He gave ?Cleaner? rank to Lelemud and Nagolica, who kicked more or less the whole guild. With the only explanation: ?Some people are not worth to be in this guild. And you guys who raid with Iron Edge, good luck, but you won't be doing it here?.  And that's when we all got kicked, and this is where I now want to continue my WoW carrer.

Last Words

I have been spying on Iron Edge community since my very first raid with you guys, and I'm impressed how active it is. And that's it is not only about WoW, not only about games. I like it!

The raids I've been participate with you guys so far I'm happy and feel comfortable with the raid, and surprisingly enough the leader; TTaM.

I also want to believe I would be a great asset to your guild. Not only because I consider myself a motivated and dedicated player, but also because I love to help people with all kind of matters. I also love hard challenges, which I believe is an important aspect for a progressing guild.

I obviously use more then the first bar. But I hide them, instead of using addon to shrink my action bars.
