We aren't having a fight :) once you're in the guild for a couple weeks you'll see :P

The reason we bring the difference between the A-raid and B-raid, because we've had 4-5 ppl switch from the B-raid to the A-raid in cataclysm, for comparison we only had 1 player switch during the whole the WotLK. We only raid 2 days, we need to have a stable raid group to make progess.

Exactly, ni conflict. We have 2 raid teams to be proud of that raid a different amount of raids. I actually think you are making the right choice for yourself going for a-raid. Good luck with your ap!

Hmm, no, you guys are not shit because you are the in the B-raid, I'm sure some people in the B-raid are better then some in the A-raid. What I meant is if people can raid four days a week and want to do it, they should probably join the A-raid (if the raid, want/need the player). And same goes for people in the A-raid, if you raid with 50% attendance = 2/4 times a week, B-raid probably suits the player better.

Shankski, with all due respect, you should no be pissed off. I understand if you were pissed at the moment he decide to trail for A-raid when he applied for the B-raid, but if you think about it, if he is not satisfied with the B-raid, and he can and want raid four times a week, and the A-raid want/need him, he should raid with the A-raid. I hope he did not cause to much trouble, because If he left you guys when you needed him the most, yeah that's not cool. And if that's the case, someone should've talked to the A-raid leader about it. And remember, he is still a trail for the A-raid. He actually passed the B-raid trail, but if he don't pass the A-raid trail, and you don't want him in the B-raid because he left you (or you just don't need a hunter), it is his fault.

Ezzardo if he 'can' and 'wants' to raid 4 times a week, he should trial for the a-raid first. All the b-raid have a right to be pissed off (especially shank) as he'll be organising the ranged.

B-raid is not a stepping stone for A-raid, changing from one to the other is fine if done properly, no-one should join the b-raid with the a-raid in their sights premeditated.

And i've no idea where spuzi gets this false sense of power from..

OT: decent app, goodlook with whichever team you decide to go for.

I'm replying to ezzardo, skinke. about the hunter that applied to b-team then as soon as a-raid needed someone he jumped at it and went without saying anything.
