Hello.

My name is Ulf, 29 year old and from Denmark. Not working atm, currently waiting to start studying IT engineering in september (god bless the free danish school system, so even old guys like me can go back to school )

Not much else to say tbh.

Spec:

MM or Survival, it really doesnt matter to me. ilvl364.

Class:

Well its not exactly rocket science to play Hunter. Assuming being hit capped - agi>crit>haste>mastery.

As for rotations (assuming serpent sting is active):

MM - Chimera Shot, Arcane, steady (with the occasional aimed and kill shot before arcane ofcourse.)

Survival - Exp shot, black arrow, arcane, cobra (with the occasional kill shot before exp shot)



Alts:

I have plenty of alts, but the only other 85 i have is a ilvl367 prot pala. http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/Dunemaul/Raikochan/advanced

Its not really an alt, more like a semi-main, along with this hunter.

Professions:

Skinning/LW, since that was what i started out with. I know skinning isnt exactly the best dps profession, but it served me well when i leveled and with the savage leather prices being ridiculous and the small crit gain, its ok... Can be changed if required though.

Raid Experience:

I used to raid MC and BWL in vanilla back in the day, as rogue back then though. Never raided in TBC, quit wow shortly after hitting 70 and didnt start again until wotlk.

In wotlk i raided casually on a broad variaty of characters (dk, rogue, lock, pala, hunter). Full naxx, most of ulduar, full toc10/25, half of icc.

I havent raidet anything in Cataclysm yet, apart from BH...

Previous Guilds:

I was in a guild back in vanilla days when we raided mc and bwl, but i really dont remember the guild name. The guild disbanded after some childish disagreements and doesnt exist anymore.

Availability:

Im available all weekdays (except friday) and sundays. Will often be available at other times as well, but cant promise anything.

Communication:

My english is perfect both written and orally. I have TS3, but no microphone although i can easily get one if required.

Computer / Connection:

I have a stable connection that never dc's and a computer capable of playing everything on ultra with no issues even in 25man.

Other Games:

I used to play Starcraft: Broodwar on a fairly high level, played a fair amount of sc2 as well, but it kinda sucks compared to BW (imo), so i never got serious about it.

Other than that i only console games.

Why Iron Edge?

Well id like to see and try some endgame content again in a mature guild environment.

What can I offer Iron Edge?

A serious and mature raider as well as being a person who can take a fair amount friendly bs.

Where did I hear about Iron Edge??

Bnet, as well i havent had a RL friend who used to be in IE, he is retired now i believe though.

Haha well, when i say "bnet" i dont mean battle.net the site, i mean ingame wow. I guess its the school broodwar gamer in me that still says "bnet" about the in game chats in blizzard games . Back in the day, games were played over bnet, so we called it bnet, if that makes any sense.

As for my RL friend, i dont remember his character name. He played Shaman and actually transfered to dunemaul from burning legion back in vanilla Naxx days and joined IE.

Maybe that rings a bell for some of the players who played back then as well?

Anyway, back to the point, you're obvious lack of recent raiding experience is a problem, but your gear isn't terrible and you have everything enchanted and gemmed and so on.  Don't know if it's useful gemming or enchanting, but I'm sure somebody in the know can have a look at it.

It's easy to see if your lack of experience means lack of dps/moving from fire (or not).  I think we may have a spot in tonight's raid as a few people are missing, i take it you aren't saved to anything this week?

Hey there and gl with you appl.
I saw some reforge items hit->haste,why is that?why no crit?
Gems are fine.
Enchants: Why 50crit on Back and not 22ag?Gloves,why 50haste and not 20ag?You also need that ag+Movement speed on boots.
Glyps,for raid is better Aimed shot than arcane shot glyph you use.Also disengage glyph can help you a lot,decreases the cd by 5 secs.
