Your gear is good, but you got two lesser enchants, the one on the shoulders, and the one on the back.
You got one minor fault in your gemming, it is that your legs should have a 20strength+20hit in the blue socket slot.
You miss five glyph slots, that you should fill out to be honest.

We were talking about this the other day actually, it only shows a-raid needs too, right? Atleast in chrome the app form is pretty difficult to find. Should be well advertised on the home page IMO.

I don't see how it is hard. It's pretty damn str8 forward to chose hard core or casual raid, u get buttons to press. Imo it's job well done.

It is hard to find Kesh tbh. Btw, gems and enchants and glyps are wrong and missing. Also mining is not a proper enchantment to me for a dps class. Good luck

Anyway, ?peth why do you apply to the casual raid and not the hardcore one?

Hi there, thanks for applying! Your gear and experience are definitely up to the level we are looking for in the casual raid. My only problem, as melee officer, is that we have already have 12 melee (8 plate wearers) for 8-9 raid spots in the casual raider. So I'm not quite sure I can/want to add another.

I'm not exactly sure what the hardcore raid is looking for, but if you can raid 4 days monday to thursday you should consider changing your application to the hardcore raid. If you can't raid 4 days due to time constraints please say so and I'll put more thought into whether I'll trial you in the casual raid.
