Personal Info:Steven Cassidy, aged 25, living in England, UK.
Spec:I'm currently MS Fire, since the recent 4.3 buffs to the spec have put it pretty much on par with Arcane single target, but much more capable AoE-wise. My OS is Frost at the moment, but changing this to arcane for a particular encouter is no problem. I am capable and experienced in all 3 specs. My current gear level is 380 PvE Equipped in Fire, and pretty much the same if I were to play arcane.
Class:As fire I'm prioritising in this order:
Hit to cap (17%) > Intellect > Haste to a suitable threshold (Either 15% or 25% raidbuffed (Combustion ticks)) > Critical strike rating > Mastery > Haste.
As Arcane I would priritise:
Hit to cap (17%) > Intellect > Haste to 25% raidbuffed (1 sec arcane blast in spamspam burn phase of rotation) > Mastery > Crit > Haste.
As far as understanding my class, I know that mages are often useful in raids for their cc and kiting abilities, their heavy AoE abilities (In fire, anyway), and the ability to nuke a target hard when it matters. Also for the buffs brought ofc.
Alts:Blood DK under construction - 57 or something silly. Still mailing him 'looms.
Professions:Enchanting (525), for the ring enchants + Primary money maker.
Tailoring (525), mainly for the Lightweave embroidary enchant to cloak.
Since I only maxed these professions very recently I have no cool or special recepies :C
Raid Experience:My raiding experience on this mage is quite limited, as it's a new main recently created on Ravencrest. I'm hoping to carry this application mainly on the merits of my old main, a Warlock that I've left behind on a dying/dead server.
Recent raids to speak of are:
3/5 HC BWD, 2/2 ToTFW Normal, 2/5 HC BoT (Completed during the tier).
6/7 HC FL (4 of which are dated pre-nerfs)
http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/ravenholdt/Steviepie/simpleI stopped playing my warlock 3 weeks ago and made myself a nice little level 1 mage on Ravencrest, in the last 3 weeks I level him to 85, geared him significantly and maxed his proffessions, no-life style!
My Mage currently has 6/7 DS Normal (25m w/ Depthcore alts, wil continue with them weekly until accepted to a decent 10m guild/roster)

My Warlock remains in his guild (Wildcard of ravenholdt).
Availability:Available 24/7.
Communication:English is my first language, I have TS3 installed, and I have a mic that I'm not too shy to use.
Computer / Connection:I run WoW with no issues at all, except ultraxion on 25man required some graphics and skada being turned off recently, but that seems like an exception. I have a stable broadband connection.
Addons/UI:Addons I use:
Deadyly Boss Mods, Auraframes, Bartender, Quartz, Shadowed Unit Frames, Atlasloot Enhanced, Arkinventory, Skada.
I use a 17 inch monitor that is best with 1024x768 resolution, so I have to keep everything in my UI pretty compact. If I'm honest, I have been lazy and still need to tidy alot up and track the appropriate things for my spec. I also didn't have the foresight to take a SS while in my Fire Spec in the recent DS raids, but do have one from a raiding environment, taken in Arcane from when I blagged my way into a FL raid in 346/359s just over a fortnight ago:

Why Iron Edge?I saw a post in trade regarding your current recruitement demands. Since then have come to visit your website, and seeing how the guild works and such, am interested in becoming a part of it.
