[25 Man Casual Raid] 2 Hunters (DPS) - Bumbiana and Rödhake

Personal Info: I'm a 27 year old Swedish woman who's always been sort of a computer nerd. I have too many hobbies, playing the piano, guitar, painting, beading 3d companion cubes, getting filthy rich on wow. And of course raiding. With a risk of getting way too personal, I'm currently unemployed and waiting for my ADD diagnosis, so I have a lot of free time.

I have a son who's 1,5 years old who lives mostly with his father, so I don't want to raid more than two nights a week, but I'm very flexible when it comes to which nights I'm free on. I only raid with my boyfriend who also moved to his server, his english isn't as good as mine but he can communicate just fine though don't worry about that.


Class: My main used to be a feral Druid, but I feel more at ease with my hunter and especially since I like to farm embersilk for hours on end it has grown to become my main.


Alts:

A 517 feral druid, a lvl 80 moonkin, and well too many small alts to count.


Professions: My hunter has 600 tailoring and 600 skinning, my feral has 600 alchemy and 600 jewelcrafting and my moonkin has 600 enchanting and 600 mining. But those last two are stuck on Frostmane horde side I will hopefully move them here later.


Raid Experience: I'm relatively new to this game, I haven't been playing for a year even, but when my boyfriend started building his alts on Frostmane's horde side (it's not dead but it hasn't got long to live either) I joined him there. I learn very fast though (I have an IQ of 130+) so I hope you won't hold it against me, I could pull my weight just fine when we raided ToT with our last guild. But we never managed to down more than Jin'rokh on normal since people made too many mistakes, had blue gear, didn't have gems when they showed up and so on. There was no other guild on Frostmane Horde that raided ToT, so we decided to migrate. (We did the other pandaria raids on normal though, we had some issues with certain HoF bosses but msv and terrace went down pretty much smoothly.


Previous Guilds: I've been in some guilds but only three that were really doing anything together. First one was Hellscreams Fury, it's basically made out of a norwegian man and his young sons, but we couldn't do much with them since they were too inexperienced to do much dps. We wanted to raid, to have a challenge. So we joined Do it like a lady. We raided, downed Jin'jokh, but then the guild master clashed with the raiding group. She took gems from the raiding slot in guild bank to
level her jewelcrafting among other things. So a whole bunch of us left and joined one of the raid leader's guild called Ruffnecks. We again downed Jin'rokh and came to fourth door on Horridon but we just couldn't get the group to work. After a lot of internal drama we decided to leave the server to be able to challenge ourselves without feeling like we were constantly running into a brick wall.


Availability: I'm pretty much avaliable every day except Saturdays, but I don't want to raid more than two nights a week (perhaps three if I have to) Except LFR of course but that doesn't really count.

Communication: I'm fluent in English, got Ventrilo and headset but can get TS.


Computer / Connection: Got a great comp, (Intel i5-3570K, ATI Radeon 7990, SSD) and 100/10 mbit. (But I'm on wifi atm so it's only 27)

Addons/UI: I use the standard UI and have recount/dbm.


Other Games: None at the moment, but I've been a gamer all my life


Why Iron Edge? It feels like you are where I want to be at my current ilevel, I want to raid ToT on normal and start on Heroics, 25 man hopefully has better possibilities to accomodate two hunters at once.


What can I offer Iron Edge? A friendly, smart, devoted player that will come to raid on time, gemmed, enchanted, flasked. I will of course read all the tactics. I will sign in advance for raids.

Last Words? Please please take us in, we're so lost in the vast ocean that is Kazzak . Frostmane Horde was merely a puddle and now I sort of feel like I'm drowning. I need an anchor!

Class: I'm playing a Beastmaster Hunter.


Alts: A lvl 90 Paladin tank and a lvl 90 Druid healer, both on another server.

Professions: My hunter has 600 enchanting and 600 leatherworking.

Raid Experience: I've played since vanilla, but I had a break for a year. I started fresh almost a year ago. I've raided with my gf on MSV/HoF/ToeS/ToT.

Previous Guilds: Same as gfs

Availability: I can raid all days a week.

Communication: I'm decent in English, got Ventrilo and headset but can get TS.

What can I offer Iron Edge? A great dps (200k+ on Ooondasta yesterday), an experienced player that's helpful with enchanting and makes very few mistakes. I play my character well.

Ill start with reforging/gems/enchants.
Head: Change you're Agi+stm gem to agi+hit.
Neck: Reforge haste to crit.
Shoulders: They are fine.
Cloak: Reforge that expertise to hit.
Chest: Change both gems to agi + hit.
Bracers: Reforge mastery to hit.
Gloves: Change you're enchant to haste and reforge hit to expertise.
Waist: Reforge expertise to haste.
Legs: They are fine.
Boots: Remove you're reforge.
Ring1: Reforge haste to hit.
Ring2: Reforge mastery to expertise.
Trinket1: Reforge mastery to crit.
Trinket2: Everything fine.
Weapon: Everything fine.

You want you're stat prio to be (Hit 7.5% - Exp 7.5% - agi - Crit - Haste - Mastery)
As survival.

Ill start with reforging/gems/enchants.
Head: Reforge mastery to crit.
Neck: Reforge hit to crit.
Shoulders: They are fine.
Cloak: Reforge expertise to haste.
Chest: Change the expertise + hit gem for an agi + hit gem. Then reforge mastery to crit.
Bracers: Reforge mastery to haste.
Gloves: Reforge expertise to haste
Waist: Change that agi + crit gem for an agi + haste gem.
Legs: Change both gems to agi + haste gem and agi + hit gem. And reforge mastery to crit.
Boots: Reforge Hit to haste.
Both rings + trinkets are FINE.

You want you're stat prio to be (Hit 7.5% - Exp 7.5% - agi - haste - crit - mastery)
Once you have Tier 15 trinkets which use the real proc per minute (rppm) mechanics and/or the Capacitive Primal Diamond, haste becomes more valuable. Total item level doesn't really matter, it is just those specific items.
That's the reason behind that you want to value haste more the crit and mastery.

Talent/Glyphs.
These are the most common for Beast Mastery hunters in Pve.

I've fixed the reforges and the gems. Thanks for the tip! It hasn't refreshed on the wow page yet tho, look for the hand enchant to change to haste from mastery. If it has, then it's current. Rödhake thanks too! We always appreciate tips to help us be better players.
