I study at uni and work part-time.

Class/Spec:

Marksman spec as mainspec with ilvl 705/708 atm.


My stat-prio is Agi>crit>multistrike>Versatility>Mastery>Haste

Rotation wise i go with Chimera shot on cd, steady shot to get my focus up and the main spell is aimed shot. Using stampede and Rapid fire as my amin Cds. Kill shot when possible and Barrage on Aoe

Professions:

I don't have any current proffessions that I am active with.

Raiding Experience:

I have 13/13 nm hfc and 6/13 hc hfc with my current guild. Have also raided as healer and tank in earlier tiers.

Previous Guilds:

Current guild is highly original but I don't feel like the guild is progressing at the rate I want to be able to.

Availability:

I am avaliable to raid mondays, tuesdays, thursdays, fridays, sundays.
I work on wednesday nights from 17-00, I go home over the christmas holidays but appart from that I am avaliable.
When it comes to exams it's hard to say but I mostly study durign the days and try to not do it at nights.

Communication:

I have teamspeak 3, listen good at what I'm told. Also have a mic and talk if I feel like I can contribute with something to help the raid.

Computer / Connection:

I have a computer that can handle wow without problems and at a stable fps, i have 1gbit internet with fiber connection and no problem with dcs.


Addons/UI:

I use Dbm for raiding and weak auras.

Why Iron Edge?

I want a guild who I can progress with and that I can grow as a player with.

Hey Zaonji,

Your current tier progress is somewhat behind ours currently, to help make a decision can i ask that you have logs for your hunter and also you mentioned previously healed and tanked prev tiers, can you link to armory those characters to verify your previous exp, as although your current isn't amazing it can give us a picture of what you are capable of.

Other than i have no clue bout hunters so would leave that to the officers / hunters we have in guild i can only wish you luck on this apply. If you where to get in on trial would you be willing to get upto a certain level of gear prior to being invited to the roster for mythic raiding?

For some reason albeit not as detailed as i like to see any guild application i do like this apply. Good luck on the apply

Thanks for the apply.

Sorry but; your exp and gear are not enough for mythic progress. Also u dont have legendry ring, prof's and glphy's. I guess a social spot is better atm, u can get some gear with pugs then our officer's maybe give a spot for some mythic boses'es. but now, ur char is not enough for main raid.

no legendary (Far behind as I can see), no professions is not a big things now, but next xpac professions will be important again so that does not rly show much dedication put into your char. And a 5 min app.

I do appreciate the honesty that you would like to grow as a player here, but maybe try to gear up first and at least catch up a bit on xp.

I just noted that you don't use any glyphs except for Glyph of Shimaera Shot.

Which glyphs should you use as Marksmanship?

The biggest issue I see is that you have no previous mythic experience, The gear is not all bad, but it's lacking behind ours, No glyphs, no legendary ring, 1 ring is missing an enchant. To be frank if we take you I don't think you will be able to carry your own weight, at least that is what I think, missing some of the most basic stuff.

I think your character definitely needs to be completely glyphed. I really don't give a shit about professions. How close are you to having the legendary ring?

Hey Zaonji.
I have a couple of concerns:
Your current item level - Our raid group has an average of Around about 723. We're currently in a situation where we are extending lockouts for progression, which would hinder the chance of you getting any new gear, leaving you behind on item level. That would be unlikely to change for some time. We also don't clear all the bosses on heroic or normal, so for you to get your legendary ring (which is without a doubt, a must), it would be up to you, and not us.
Another concern is your experience. You lack any experience raiding mythic content and you have minimal raiding experience as a whole.

So this being said, what I want to know is, how can you convince us that you are a better candidate than someone with 720+ item level and similar mythic experience to our current roster? Why should we choose you, and risk impairing our progress?

Was hoping to get a response from you before making my decision on this, but it doesn't really seem like that's going to happen. Due to your lack of experience and the fact that you're quite behind in terms of gear, and don't have the legendary ring yet, I'm declining this application.
