I am applying for the Weekend Raid.

Personal Info:

Duduianu L. Catalin, almost 30, Romania, Bucharest, Research assistant.

Old wow player, started playing wow on woltlk expansion on private servers and played until recently when i bought DF. I like mostly doing PVE content, especially raiding.

Class/Spec:

i do not have a preferably spec when it comes to shaman, however i tend to play as healer because im new to DF and i can learn the mechanics faster.


I use elemental as dps for doing content because it has more aoe than enha and the stats are : Haste and Crit because i use the lightning build.

Rotation: Flame shock always on target -> Storm Elemental on cd and if possible paired with haste buff(hero) -> icefury on cd ->elemental blast if there is enough maelstrom and also i don't benefit from its buff already -> lava burst on cd if it isn't on cd and elemental blast buff is on and finally lightning bolt if elemental is casted and also as a filler. This is the basic idea because nowadays its all kinda situational.

As Resto: there is no rotation is all situational. But there is stuff you can do  like casting chain heal on riptide for increased healing , using unleash life before casting certain spell to increase their healing, etc.

Alts:

I do not have any relevant alts, but i'm thinking of leveling either a monk or a priest because they have offspec healer and i do not like evoker, druid and pala as healers.

Professions:

I have jewelcrafting and mining. I took them because of habit , i always had jwc on shaman because i usually played as draenai shaman and it has increased jwc skill.
I do not have any special recipes.

Raiding Experience:

11/12 LK Hc on wotlk after which burnout came and i stopped played.

Availability:

Times at which i'm available is:
From 4PM to 8PM GMT. everyday untill last sunday of october.
and from 5PM to 9PM GMT after last sunday of october. (daily savings.....)
Work shifts: there only in the morning: 5am GMT to 2PM GMT.

Communication:

Are you proficient in english?    i think so.
Do you have Discord and can you listen?  Yes.
Do you have a microphone and do you use it?  Yes.

Computer / Connection:

Do you have a decent computer? - i think so 5600X CPU and 6600XT GPU.
Do you have fps issues? None so far.
What's your internet connection like? Good. ~1000Mb/s.
Is it stable? Yes
Do you have high ping to Kazzak? ~60ms.
Do you lag?      No.
Do you disconnect every hour?   No

Why Iron Edge?

Because a work colleague is in the guild and i want to play with him.

A good healer or so far a decent dps that improves constantly.
