Modified to fit IE-standards

1. Pick-League General Rules:

1.1 The current map for playoff games is the latest map available.

1.2 The mode will be -apxl. This means you pick before the game starts in the chat like -xl (first 6 bans in the following form: 1-1-1-1-1-1. Afterwards the teams will pick as follows 1-2-2-2-2-1). At game start the mode will be -ap. All heroes are allowed, exceptions are the ones that were banned by the 2 teams.

1.3 Every week you have to play one match. One match is two games in –apxl and each time you will play one game as Scourge and one game as Sentinel. Sentinel got first ban/pick.

1.9The games will be hosted by people with stable connections using listchecker.

1.12 Default dates for matches is LOL NEED TO PICK TIME

1.13 Match dates can be rescheduled if both teams agree on one date. Otherwise it is the default date. But the game must be played at the next Friday after the default date at the latest.

1.19 If two teams have equal points at the end of the season (whether it be the relegation or promotion zone) There will be a play-off to decide which team wins the tournament.

2. In game rules

2.1 If one team is incomplete (ie. 4 players or less) the other team may select a backup from outside the team. The backup must be ranked at least one step lower (or equal in case of a "pretty awful" player missing) in Delling's rankings.

2.2 Any team has the right to set the game on pause for up to 5 minutes but only with a proper count down of at least 3 seconds and maximum 2 pauses per team are allowed per game. A team is also obliged to give a count down of at least 3 seconds before unpausing.

2.4 If a player disconnects before 10 minutes and before First Blood has occurred, a remake must be made.

2.5 If you remake the game all players choose excatly the same heroes. Additionally all heroes must be in the same lane as they choose for the first game at least until there have contact between the creeps in the lane in question.

2.6
If a player disconnects after First Blood or after 10 minutes, teams must keep on playing.

2.10 If a player disconnects and the game is not loaded you are allowed to EITHER use the hero and his items as they are OR sell all items from the hero itself to share the gold from the items. You are not allowed to take the items and sell them from another hero than the leaver and you are not allowed to take the items and use them on another hero. Please note that this rule does NOT forbid that you teamsell and use the leaver without items - you are always allowed to use a hero from a disconnected player.

2.11 The game is over and the winners found when, the World Tree or Frozen Throne is destroyed.

3. Known bugs and restrictions:

3.2 No creep skipping. Creep skipping is defined by attacking a tower which is out of range to attack your creeps OR attacking a non-tower building with creeps fighting out of the range of the ranged creeps (Necromancer, Meat Wagon, Ballista or Druid of the Talon). If your Creeps are in the enemy base you are allowed to attack every building inside the base.
You may continue attack in the enemy base for as long as you want – even after all your creeps are dead.

3.3 It is always allowed to attack a denyable tower even without creep support.

3.4 Denying your own creeps in order to stop the opponent from gaining is forbidden. The exceptions are Strygwyr can use them to gain health, Clinkz can use dark pact, and every hero afflicted by battle hunger may deny one creep to get rid of it. If a person has unexplained denies, the team may lose the game.

3.8 Item sharing is strictly forbidden. The following items are the only exceptions and they may not be used to make any form of recipe. Items which may be shared are as follows: Bottle, Clarity Potion, Animal Courier, Tango of Essifation, Observer Wards, Sentry Wards, Scroll of Town Portal, Flask of Sapphire Water, Gem of Truesight, Aegis of The Immortal, Cheese, Ring of Health, Ring of Regeneration, Void Stone, Sobi Mask and Perservence. Remember that you may not make any recipes by sharing so you are not allowed to loan a Ring of Health to an ally who already has a Void Stone, thus making a Perserverance. If this happens the players have to dissemble it instant by clicking on the item.

3.9 You cannot share hero control under any circumstances.

3.10 Completely closing an entrance to your own base using the Earthshakers Fissure spell is forbidden.

3.11 It is not allowed to block creeps with the use of spells such as Fissure, Sprout etc. You may only block creeps by physically intercepting them with your hero model only. Spells which completely kills your own creeps such as Dark Pact or Conversion are allowed to use as you wish.

To be honest I don't care what section I'm in =P

Also... I know some people (myself included) get aggravated by several of the people you mentioned. Is there a way to opt out of leaders? Nothing personal, I just find it harder to play with certain people.

I SUCK LOLOLOL!!1

Grilly left his comp on..Vorte here.

About what Meeckah said, I honestly think you just gotta ignore the fact that you can't stand certain people when playing DOTA. If not, it will be redicuosly hard to organize the teams, and knowing you, I'm sure you can adapt pretty easily to make this solitaire solve itself....splellingz?

I might not feed at all if I get my new internet before this tournament... ;)
