You need 17% hit for the "hit cap".
3% From Misery (Shadowpriests) or Faerie Fire (boomkin)
3% From frost
3% From Arcane
8% From Gear
=17% total

On a sidenote, you got way way way tooo much hit dude.
Your trinkets are horrible, you should try to work and get some real trinkets.
Even the 5 man TOC trinket is better. Do some ICC10 man for Muradin.
