Unfortunately, your raiding times suck.

You're young, and still completely at the control of your parents. No doubt your hours might change after the summer? And you'll be going to university soon?

If you can confirm 20:00->00:00 Tuesday->Thursday, we might still be interested. Also, Monday is often a wipe-raid day, so that's not a good day to miss...

The B team is free to pick you up, but I don't know their numbers at the moment... I'm sure they're not quite full yet though

Good morning again!

First of all, thanks for all the responses. I'm glad you all seemed to liked it.  

A few comments about some replies;

How long did this take you to write?!

Well, since I knew I would be applying about a week ago, I wrote down everything that I wanted to say. Yesterday, I first started of with making the video, and since it was my first video ever I spent around 1,5 hours (and god knows how long it had to upload!) on it, since I had to figure about how to reduce it from 1.2GB to <1GB. After dinner I continued at around 6 PM and finished off my last edit at 4:30 AM (screwed up on a few links  ) So, about a week of 'thinking' and 12 hours of non-stop writing.  

Even a friekin dps vid (looked kinda low
dps ,WERE ARE THE NUMBERS!) but then again i dont play a dk.

Well, the DPS is around 1400 there, without any selfbuffs or other buffs, in Frost Presence, tanking gear. Should've added that. After making the first and only recording, I kinda forgot to screenshot my Recount breakdown, since that was my initial plan to do as well. If you've watched it closely you can see one of my Plague Strikes parried once, but with expertise food the odds of that happening will be reduced quite a lot.  

Awesome with the video there, but nobody except an experienced DK can use it, since  we can't tell how much TPS you're doing, we can only look at what you're using your GCD's on. And be warned, you'll have to pump out some massive TPS in this guild

Ah yes, come to think of it, I should have ran Omen as well! But as you said, a knowledgeable Death Knight or someone that knows the theory behind it can check it out.

Anyway, I'm back to reading Delling's massive blogpost about guildleaders and raiding!

It basicly comes down to this. My raiding times suck indeed, and I'm realistic about it, but so far I don't see any reason why they would become worse after my exams have ended (even when starting a next education).

Discussing my chances might be better done in game though. I will be online in around 2 hours, since I have a few errands to run. If you happen to be online, expect a poke.  But don't expect me to be able to change a lot on my activity, I've talked this over with my parents a few times, and they don't want me to raid a lot in preperation of my final exams...

By the way, coming from your situation back in vanilla (when I was the one with the opressive parents and tightly cut-off raiding times) I can only sympathize. If you're on the last batch of exams before your next education, you should see things improving when moving on. It's mostly a matter of getting older though...

It's a good app - You're video, though kinda unnecessary does show that you at least know a little about Unholy rotations =)

TBH you could have replaced that with just typing "PS, IT, BS, BS, SS, SS, SS, SS Repeat" or something similar =p

Shame you haven't actually been the other specs to play around with them as they play very differently to how they read.

Your playtimes do suck a little, though personally now I can't really comment on that for fear of being a hypocrite. Monday is the current raid day for the A-Team, though obviously that would change when Ulduar comes out as they will raid all 4 days (Monday-Thursday). It does suck about having the parentage. Though I can see their point. Some of the reason I dropped Uni was because of WoW (and some was the fact of socialising from 4PM - 8AM everyday), and it blatantly wasn't worth it. I just got lucky with managing to get the job I wanted afterwards.

From what I understand (the last time I logged in and checked) the B-Team is full on Death Knights, though I may be wrong. I know the A-Team has at least 1 slot open (my slot D: ) but I think Delling would be a little bit weary of you only playing 2 days a week.

Well i gotta say you did your homework well with the textual part, overkilled a bit tho (think of our eyes!).

The only thing left could be the sucky raid times, and the in-game performance (Back in elementry school i used to have a friend that could write ace-like essays, he won lots of competitions too, but he was a complete degenerate in every sport, every video game, and anything that included movement of any body part, so i don't give a too big head start to good writers!)

Anyhow, as all have said, so will i - good luck with your application!
