Teqiz - Warlock - B-raid
« on: February 17, 2010, 10:10:40 pm »
Hello again IE, some of you may remember me when I was with you when you guys were on KT in TBC.

Personal Information

My name is Simon and I'm 20 years old. I dropped out of school (starting over after summer) 2 years ago so right now I'm just working regular hours in the weekdays and partying in the weekends pretty much. Oh I live in denmark and I'm a super pro skiier!

Character Information

Armory link: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Dunemaul&cn=Teqiz

I also have [wowitem]seethe[/wowitem] for when I get a good off hand.

I'm farming badges right now so i'll be in t9 by the end of the week and the like, I expect to have gear good enough to raid with you in 1-2 weeks tops.

Total played: 100 days
This lvl: 8 days and 18 hours

Raiding

I can raid everyday of the weel currently and that won't change in the near future except after summer where I'll have homework to do a couple of evenings I imagine. 2 days suits me fine right now and I'll of course inform you if i can't attend for some reason.

Mondays: Whenever required
Tuesdays: Whenever required
Wednesdays: Whenever required
Thursdays: Whenever required
Fridays: Probably not
Saturday: Probably not
Sundays: Whenever required

I've cleared everything up to BWL in vanilla, everything except Sunwell in TBC.
In WotLK I've cleared naxx/malygos/OS. I've cleared 6 or 7 bosses in Ulduar 25man, can't recall which ones exactly to be honest. Besides that I'll be bluntly honest, I've never been in any of the raid instances Blizzard released after Ulduar.

Gaming History

Started playing PC in 1996 for real with starcraft and I played casually up till Warcraft 3 came out. There I started playing for real getting a sponsor (yay for a mouse, keyboard and the like!). Me and my 2on2 AT partner reached  rank 142. I pretty much got into WoW because I thought the lore was awesome and the pvp sounded like fun. I found out the pvp was pretty crap so I started pve'ing and haven't looked back since.

World of Warcraft history

I started with rolling a human paladin and got him to lvl 60 as 5th on the server, joined the top raiding guild and I killed 3 bosses in MC with that guild. I would've continued to play but I decided to attend a kind of boarding school so that was out of the question. In that year I lvl'ed up my warlock and when I was done with the school I returned to raiding and playing world of warcraft. It was then I got hooked on raiding. I transfered server a couple of times to play with different friends of mine. That lead me to here and at first I joined up with you IE during the summer of 07. I was with you for a few months but since it was summer raiding wasn't going so well. I ended up leaving you again the day before you killed KT in TBC (pre nerf nerf I think?) due to me failing in school. I came back after a while and joined up with In Flames (later to be called deth kult social club) with whom I cleared MH and BT except Illidan where the guild decided to transfer. I didn't feel like joining them because I didn't see how it was going to help the current guild situation. That marked the end of my endeavour in TBC. I came back to a fresh start in WotLK for a fresh start, new beginning. This time on my warrior though. I quickly found a guild (rasta gaming) and became Main tank, raid leader and officer. I was effectively guild master for 2 months due to the GM's PC being wooden and being broke. I lead the guild through naxxramas, OS and the eye of eternity. It was all fun and laughter, if you looked aside from the fact that in my opinion people were pretty bad. They didn't live up to my standards at least. I got sick of it and I must say, leading  a guild almost alone for 2 months in its infant stages took its toll on me and I needed a break. That leads me to where I am now and concludes my story.

Why do you want to join Iron Edge?

I want to join IE because I know what you stand for and who you are. From what I've seen your all very friendly. You play to have fun and thats the number one priority. Right now thats what I'm looking for, not the must über 1337 hardcore raiding guild in the world where everyone is of ye... hardcore. I also miss the atmosphere of being in a guild and the good times of raiding.

What can I offer to Iron Edge?

Let me start out with saying that I've matured since last time. Good and fun attitude. I'm a decicated player with alot of experiance and if I had to say so myself I do alot of damage... without dieing in raids.

I move from fire!

I fail at posting.

I just wanna add that I also make sure to flask up and food up when needed.

I'll just add keybindings aswell:

I've pretty much got everything bound I'll ever use in combat, that includes potions and what not. Since I switch spells for specs I'll just post the keys I use and not what spells they are bound to.

Ah, I think you already quit at the time i joined.

Anyway, gl with your application. Your gear is definitely outdated (naxx etc), but It's not like its hard to gear up these days.

Mr PRO!

So you quit raiding, to focus on school -- but now it turns out you quit school?

Why didn't you come back, fag?

So you can remember me  :D

Stayed in school for 1 or 2 months and when I came back you didn't need warlocks me thinks. The mistake was to leave you in the first place but at the time I thought I had to cut all ties with the game :(

Bind stuff to V, G and X imo! (+ modifiers)

Then MAYBE you qualify to be upgraded to utter scrubbage (scrub + garbage).
