I am applying for the main raid.

Personal Info:

Name's Daniel. I'm a 30-year-old Russian, a Christian singer, a theater actor and a hardcore gamer

Class/Spec:

I prefer to play as a Vengeance Demon Hunter because I've been playing this class and spec since Legion and I know it like I know the back of my hand. My main spec is Vengeance with a 510 ilvl, my off-spec is Havoc with a 500 ilvl.

The priority order for my class and specs is Crit-Haste-Vers-Mastery. I use my cd's and trinkets during the bloodlust and when it's absolutely necessary for me to use them during the raid boss kill progress.

Alts:

None at the moment, but I do plan to gear up an evoker, a druid, a paladin and probably a mage via MoP Remix.

Professions:

I'm more of a gatherer of recourses than a crafter. And I'm afraid I'm not a workaholic when it comes to professions. But I can level up a couple of professions if needed.

Raiding Experience:

Legion S3 AOTC, S4 AOTC, BFA S3 AOTC, 3/8 Mythic, S4 CE, SL S1 AOTC, 8/10 Mythic, S2 AOTC, 3/10 Mythic, DF S1 AOTC, 3/8 Mythic, S2 AOTC, S3 AOTC, 1/9 Mythic, S4 Fated Vault 2/8 Mythic with Terros progress, Fated Abberus 5/9 Mythic with Zskarn progress. Mostly I've played as a tank, but during DF S2 I was playing as a Ret Paladin.

Previous Guilds:

Carnage Inc-Silvermoon. They kicked me out because I practically was a deadweight and there was no room in the raid team.
Disengage-Draenor. They kicked me out because I wasn't fit for them, but I don't find that good enough a reason, because I've been working hard during the Fated Mythic raid progress

Availability:

There might be a period during summer when I depart to the sea for a few weeks to sunbathe and relax before the new theater season, but, other than that, I'm a free bird.

Communication:

I've been learning English since 5 years old, give or take. I have discord and I'm a good listener. I have a microphone and I only use it when there's a raid mechanic that requires a special attention.

Computer / Connection:

My computer is decent enough. There might be FPS issues when there are too many trash mobs pulled and too much activity goes on, but that's all there is to it. My internet connection is stable enough. Even though there might be pings and lags, they don't happen very often.

Addons/UI:

I use DBM, BigWigs, SmallWigs, WeakAuras, Details, Mythic Dungeon Tools, RC Loot Council. I use the enlisted above addons because they are necessary for any and every detail when it comes to raiding and keystone running. Even the smallest details are worth paying attention to and these addons can make one's life and gaming that much easier.

There are multiple genres of games I play, amongst which are Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Need for Speed, Serious Sam, Diablo, Cyberpunk 2077, and Final Fantasy 7 Remake

I'm desperate to find my place in a guild and a raid team, because I've been a lone wolf wandering from guild to guild for far too long. I know my raiding history may not seem like expanded very much or worth looking up, but I assure you that I belong with the mythic raid progress and I will do everything that must be done to prove it.

I have 2 questions for you.

On question "Why Iron Edge?"  You said you are a hardcore gamer who strides for perfection, but got kicked out from the previous guilds for being a  "deadweight".
What exactly this means?

Your past experience shows us that you did not really have any cutting edge kills and our guild is a big step-up for you. What do you think about this ?
