Shadows of the Damned

Survival horror shooter from Suda51 (Killer7, No More Heroes), Shinji Mikami (Resident Evil, Viewtiful Joe, Devil May Cry, Ace Attorney, Vanquish) and Akira Yamaoka (the sound guy from Silent Hill).

Batshit crazy and and over-the-top, looks like some Robert Rodriguez Grindhouse flick and is damn fun to play. You save your girlfriend from some evil demonguy, which serves as a good enough reason to shoot lots of zombie monsters and demonspawn. Upgradeable weapons, lots of bosses, good design, crazy music.

Watch this from minute 5, with sound on:

Backstory of main bosses is introduced by "story books" which are usually read by your sidekick. Here the main protagonists has a go at reading one:

Looks like a decent game. Is it only playable on Xbox, Goza? Although they're zombies and supposed to be slow you shouldn't be really able to avoid their attacks that easily. I should say that's a big minus point for them (the game's level might be easy,so just saying).

It's on 360 and PS3. I'm playing on "normal" and the game is indeed quite easy. Not in a bothering way thou.

There's one higher setting, but I doubt it will make the zombies more intelligent, prob just reduce the available health items and up the damage.

Yeah thought so. If I have time I'll try on PS3. Got any 3D game suggestions(zombie type perhaps or like God of WAR!, definatly not killzone)?

What do you mean by 3D-game. Like, "real 3D" for usage with a 3D monitor? (No clue about those as I don't have one).
