I would assume that she's inside the box from the beginning. She's obviously using the lightpost (which I think clicks into the floor, as if you look closely they position it very carefully) and then the guy to lift herself. In order for her to get her arms out while "hovering" I'd guess that they've constructed some contraption inside the box that allows her to use the strength of her legs to hold herself up. All of them are obviously rather strong, so that carrying/lifting the box looks easy, but in fact isn't.
