It does!

Sadly though, I'm not all up-to-date with freerunning anymore, I've completely stopped since starting Uni. And just from looking at that video I can how much it has changed in terms of new tricks and styles, and also in skilled practitioners since only like a year ago.

I traded it for weight lifting and jiu jitsu, though not really hardcore :P
