In Serbia we call it rude if you in one line ask for something and then ask it for cheap, its like you ask for something to get for free or something, like forcing ppl for it...
Also we in Serbia are very generous, but you should use diferent aproach and maybe some crazy serbs could help you. Something like: "I need that that and that" and then someone says "Hey, I have that", so you ask "How much for it mate?" and then you get asnwer "Its cheap for you mate", see, its easy
