It's a good image, but I don't understand the "Asks" one. A lot of immature people will certainly not ask if there's something they don't understand, while it takes maturity to admit (to yourself amongst other things) that you do not understand a particular thing.

It's a young sheep though - with yellowish fur, so I'm guessing they're implying that the kids who ask things are still immature, but with age will climb to maturity rather than those who don't.
