You cant be serious Pluug? How would it be OK for theese players to get im based on that you link their old applications? Would that be OK for any player or just for theese special ones?

Let them respond for them self if they really want in, its not just about the information its also about putting and effort in to comming back. The effort a player is willing to put in to an application show something about how much joining means to them and how much effort they will put in the guild once they joined.

Please remember that Figl doesn't have some kind of long history with IE. He only raided with us for a short time, and he was never deeply invested in the community -- just with Serbs on TS.

Pluug, Im not talking about your effort, I even posted in a previous post that your effort and long history in the guild is a + when it comes to him joining.

Im refering to Figls effort in rejoining, and that effort is practicly 0

Delling this isn't elitist post or anything, I was posting it since i called them to this server to migrate and i have some other plans with them in near future(to gear them up and get them into raid).

They all payed transfer here and leveled new characters to 85 lvl in 2 days to be able to play with us(i call that effort Skinke - maybe he didn't post enough stuff on forum but still).

Yes, I know you want the A-raid to survive, and I know that's why they're here -- but you can't give them this kind of special treatment. Are they going to talk for themselves in the raid? Or are they going to get Officer Pluug and Spuzi to do everything for them?

You KNOW the 'Serb faction' can be terrifying. You know that Figl is an important character for the Serbs.

I don't like that Figl thinks he's important/special enough to make a tiny app and still get into the guild.

We get a 5 line application from 3 people asking for F&F membership of the guild, even though these people are actively recruited to join your raiding team.

Make three applications and write the truth, that they are here to raid....

Suspected this was a atempt to fast track in to the raid group, thats why I asked in the beginning if they where planing on raiding in the future.

And if they put an effort in like you describe it Pluug why not let them take 1min and actually explain that. I mean, 5min more spent on each application with such strong sponsors would have been a guranteed trial.

Also the analogy to communism is wrong.

The analogy is called nepotism which is a common problem in many former communist countries, where you get a high job in the government and you do favours for your family and giving them jobs instead of following the normal legal hiring proces.

Sure leveling a new char to 85 is effort, but where was this said? And I thought this was a F&F apply, not an apply for a raid?
I applied as F&F, but today I'm a raider in the B-raid, but I didn't get there cos I had strong sponsers :/
And I remember I sure didn't write 5 lines about myself >.<
